After a while she decides to go for a run, Ash walks out side then shifts to her fox form and runs. She sees a few people by a tree and stops. She turns to her human form and waves"hello"she says softly

Geoff looked round as someone spoke to him, smiling politely when he noticed Sarah. "Hey, I'm Geoff." The faunus rubbed the back of his neck absentmindedly, wondering how to continue the conversation as Ash ran up in her fox form. He blinked, completely unfazed, as she changed into her human form to greet them. Attending Beaconhurst for three years, you tended to get used to things like that. "Hey there. You new here? I don't think I've seen you before." He shrugged softly, awaiting a response.

Ash nods"I don't really know what I'm supposed to do so I was going for a run"she explains with a small smile

Kailah nodded as well. She looked at everything and saw birds chattering in the trees. "Wow." She said breathlessly.

Nodding in understanding, Geoff flashed the pair of them a friendly smile. "Yeah, it's pretty hard to work out what to do at first, but you get used to it. There's no classes or anything today since it's the first day, so you guys don't need to worry about that just yet. Pretty much what today's for is exploring campus and town, and meeting people. It's in your best interests to make as many friends as you can today, it'll make splitting into teams for defence classes tomorrow a lot less stressful." The faunus laughed a bit, putting his hands into his pockets. He remembered his first few days at the school, too nervous to make any friends and too nervous to join any teams during classes. Looking back on it, he realised how crucial it was to have your team as your friends too- it made cooperation a lot easier. He looked up at the birds and then back at the two girls. "I encourage you guys to look around, this place is amazing and it's gonna take the full year to properly get to know the place, but today's your first free day until the weekend so you should make the most of it."

I motioned towards the front gates, completely unphased by the likes of other creatures. I honestly couldn't care much for them at all, but then again, why would they feel any different about me? It made me sick to my stomach, when I saw couples half eating eachother's faces off in the hallway. I put my headphones on and continued

I looked up at the entrance. This place was massive in comparison to what I was used to. I noticed a flock of strange birds and then the herd of creatures that were entering the school grounds. I found them quite barbaric, in more ways than one. My ears and tail were out without me noticing, my ears flattened and my tail swooshing from side to side in mild agitation. I sighed, noticing Geoff. The poor creature looked about as unphased as anything. I wondered if he had been going to this college for a while, so I approached him, "Ummm.. Excuse me, sir?", I asked in more of a murmur and a high-pitched tone

Geoff turned to face the third voice that addressed him and took a moment to look her up and down, working out what she was. It was more of a bad habit than him being intentionally rude. Over the last three years he'd learned that most of the kids at the school didn't take kindly to being asked what they were, so these days he opted for working it out by himself. The girl had ears and a tail, but there was something a little off for her to be a faunus. She must have been something else, but Geoff couldn't quite put his finger on it. "Hey." He finally replied, laughing a little when Kat called him 'sir'. "No need for formalities, miss, I'm not a teacher or anything. Name's Geoff." The faunus flashed her an easy grin, still subconsciously attempting to figure her out.

Ii was lost and curious about his species, but lost and I feel like I've thought this over before, but... What exactly was he?
