Cascade shrugs before realizing that Augustus was laying down not looking at him. "um. Not really." He say's honestly. To be honest today was the most he had talked in probably months. He didn't hate people it was just that 95% of the time people talked to him it was to ask him if he was ok...Or to make fun of him for always looking sad. People always talked like they were on nails around him. So he just didn't bother trying to talk back.

He slowly nodded, figured he wasn't too social. People aren't even that great anyway, he didn't quite understood how people could get along so easily. Maybe it was just him in general is why they hate him? Or they just don't like him in general? Possibly it was just his own self that made him distant around people, since he carried about a lack of trust. He looked around the cabin, staring at it's details, it didn't seem like it was old at all, but it didn't look new either.

[Since how camp's started, how should I all up and join in the festivities?]

( You could bump into cascade, and Augustus. Who are his Cabin mates. Or Ketsu, and Lucas who are about to go for a walk.)

Ketsu smiles pushing his polar bear blanket off of his lap, and walking out the door. Noticing how Lucas looked around before opening the door. Ketsu ruffles his purple hair pushing it away from his forehead. He didn't think it would stay long, but for now only a few peices fell into is face.

Cascade lets out a sigh. "What about you?" He asks then lays down, and pulls his blanket up over him. The blanket was very soft, and changed color based on how much light was on it. The less light there was the darker the gray got. The more light was on it the lighter the gray got. He lays on side facing Augustus. Only his nose up was showing.

Nick smiles. "sure. If you ever need another hug, just... ya know." he opened his arms and shrugged. Then he leaned back, satisfied that Kiwa was no longer crying, but still petting his ears leisurely.

"Oh cool, I lived in the cities too. But I think its much nicer here..." I looked at Oaken while I talked, and the way the sun showed and lit up his face made him look almost like an angel, and a cute one too... Gah, stop thinking about that stuff. I thought to myself, I hated when I started thinking about that kind of stuff. Anyhow, the cities could be nice places, but I've always wondered what the more 'country' areas would be like. And now that I was in one myself, it was a little serene for me. The only thing I really felt a bit nervous about here was how easy it would be to be noticed, I was used to the busy city streets where it would be easy to get lost in the crowd. But I pushed that last thought away, there would be no need to be blending into the crowds anymore, I didn't have to run and hide now. I turned back to the concrete path that we were taking towards the direction of the lake and continued walking, my pace a bit slower now as I still seemed to look around as I walked with Oaken.

Kiwa closes his eyes head pushing his ears into Nicks hand lightly. No one had ever pet his ears before. To him such a simple thing like that felt like hevan. A purr erupted from his chest unwillingly. His cheeks heat up and the tip of his tail gives a quick twitch.


Oaken glances at claude his cheeks turning a light pink. He looks away pretending to be overly interested by a plant. Just his luck he would end up with a cute roommate. Two years ago he had told his parents that he didnt reeally like woman and that insted he liked men. They thought it ws sick kicking him out onto the streets. He tols himself he wouls like anyone then....He wanted to keep his pact...but dang Claude was like really cute.

Standing in front of the door to Cabin 4, Eli stared blankly at his feet. A backpack was slung over his shoulder was filled with little belongings he brought along, and the duffle bag at his feet was stuffed to the brim with clothes. He could faintly hear voices inside, probably his cabin mates getting to know each other. The only reason that Eli had been standing outside the cabin for the past three minutes was because he had been stumped on how to enter. Should he knock and wait for someone to open the door? Barge in and brazenly announce his own presence? Knock and then enter to claim his bed? God alive, this was his first 'camp' that he'd ever went to. He had no clue how to introduce himself to others, let alone enter his own cabin.
With a hefty sigh, Eli lifted up his had and knocked on the door to his temporary home, hoping someone would answer him.

Cascade throws the blanket off of him walking up to the door. He opens it looking at the new guy. His bule eyes blink a few times before he steps out of the way holding the door open. He doesnt say anything instead just giving him a slightly watery gaze. Cascades eyes move from the new comers face to the shiney lake behind him. Water was thr most beautiful thing to him.

Augustus quickly glanced over to the door once hearing it knocking, watching as Cascade went over and opened the door and seeing the new guy that probably goes to this cabin. He gave him a small wave, "Hey there, names Augustus and your name?" He asked, he didn't want to give the guy a weird way of just entering the cabin, kind of what he did himself. Which was dumb for him to walk in a disrespectful manner.

Eli picked up his extra bag and entered the cabin, giving the boy who opened the door a small thanks. It only took a quick glance around the room to see the other had been unpacking. He looked over to the boy who had spoke up- Augustus- and introduced himself. "Eli Blanc. Nice to meet you." His voice was flat and he stayed expressionless, though on the inside he squirmed with nervousness. Should he add something like 'Let's all be kind to each other because we'll be seeing a lot of each other' or something like that? Or was that weird?
Eli decided on the latter, stayig quiet quiet after that, and set his stuff on the the empty bed to the left. With Eli being left handed himself, it felt like the better option.
