Justin frowned. "That's horrible. I'm so sorry." He looked up to the sky. "She was murdered at a young age. She was caught in town. They said she was trying to steal a bracelet. Since she was marked, no one would believe that she was innocent. They prosecuted her." He shrugged, looking into the distance.

"i guess it went like all other Marked trials?" Tramp said with a sigh.

he gently put his arm around Justin's shoulders and gave him a compassionate squeeze. he did understand, he watched many friends and family and people he knew get the same treatment.

Sage smiled as he stepped out onto the clearing and placed his hand on the tree. "You don't own the forest sweetheart." he stated. The grass around Sage's feet seemed to shrivel as he took in the life from it in case he was wounded.

"i may not, but i legally own three square acres, which are marked off with signs. so as of right now you are trespassing on my land." Rin said as she walked towards him, noticing what was happening to the ground around him.

Todd walked over to her and stood by her feet, his lips drawn back but no sound coming from him.

"what is your name and what is your power?" she asked him outright.

"That might be true but I'm not a killer. I do have a conscience you know. I couldn't stand by and watch something be hurt even if it was a filthy pure." He replied rolling his eyes with a huff at the delay. Without saying anything further he began to walk ahead towards the forest. Frozen watched her human walk off with the male, she did not like him at all but for some reason her human did. she just gave an annoyed cat sigh and trotted towards the house to camp out on the porch in a sunny spot until she got back. a couple of the barn cats were walking around her, but she hissed at any that got too near. she was a house cat, after all, better then the filth that lived in her barn yard.

soon a large rabbit could be seen bounding away from then, out of the bush and into the forest beyond.

Frozen jumped up onto a cushion located on a porch chair and curled up in the afternoon sun.

Raiden paid little attention to the rustling in a bush. He figured it was some animal since a human would be much louder and would have long since revealed its identity. What caused him to jump however was when Lily grabbed his hand and buried her head into his shoulder. Looking back at the bush he saw the rabbit hopping out of it lazily before disappearing once more. "Better watch out the killer bunny is going to get you" he teased. Hesitantly he patted her back as comfortingly as he could. Despite being in control of fire something about Lily was even warmer then his fire. Raiden decided to leave that fact to himself but speaking of his fire was it not hurting her right now?
