Justin smiles. "Well, there's not much to know I guess. I live with my mom. I used to have a little sister. My dad was murdered. I can connect with life. I've always wanted a dog. Oh! And my favorite color is blue." He chuckled. "Also, I've never been in a relationship in my life, but I never thought I'd need to be, but now I'm not so sure." He smiled up at the sky, the clouds reflecting in the bright green on his eyes. He could feel there lightness, as if he could float away with them. "What about you? I mean, if I'm leaving home with a person I've never met Then I should probably get to know him better." He glanced at Travis before looking back up at the sky.

"nothing really to tell. my parents were killed for being marked when i was very young and i have been living alone with the sheep ever since." Travis said, "what happened to your sister? your father was murdered?"

Raiden followed Liky on the other side of the pen as she went about her chores. When she asked for the green dish he looked the cart over, easily finding it on top and passed it over to her. He couldn't help but think it strange that they would invest their whole livelihood into animals without even having a back up plan. "That's why it's easier to not have such things to tie you down. Living here and there so nobody knows you makes you invisible to a town. Take what you need from it and then move on to the next, an endless cycle really. If soemthing goes wrong or offers misfortune then who cares, it just means it's time for a new home." He replied with a shrug. He grabbed the red bowl off the cart and handed it over to here when she asked.

"yellow and blue next. i can understand why someone like you would say that. i have not had much expirience with Marked or Singed, but i have always had a sympathy for them. they are just other people, after all, not their fault they were born with such gifts. not like the Marked chose this life. even some of the Singed did not choose, if their family did it to them against their will when they were really young."

she looked at him and batted her eyes flirtatiously, "Marked and Singed have always been a curiosity to me that i have wished i could learn more about."

Rin settled into her bed and started to read a book by candlelight, her ears alert for anything out of the ordinary.

Raiden passed her the yellow and blue bowls as she asked for them. "Well not everyone sees it that way. To a lot they're nothing but monsters that don't belong in this world. Some will hunt them to the very ends of the Earth" he muttered more to himself then anything.

He looked at her confusion clear on his features at her words. Was she flirting with him or was he imagining it? "I don't see why you would want to learn more?" he questioned. "I would teach you as much as I could but its kind of dangerous. Just being around you right now puts you at risk. You know that right?" he asked giving a small smirk.

Triston couldn't help but feel like this guy was acting a bit to nervous. The male peeked at him from the corner of his eye careful to keep an eye on him. Anymore one could never be to sure who their friends were and who their enemies were. "Nice to meet you Jay. I'm Triston" he replied. Triston decided to leave off his last name considering he came from a rich family that held quite a bit of pull in the city. A gut instinct within Triston told him not to trust this guy and he intended to follow his instincts. Still Jay had given him no reason to suspect anything.

Jay cursed himself under his breath. Only a fool would tell a random stranger their full name. Yet, he continued to smile, "Do you walk around here often?" A bit of hope fluttered when Jay checked his phone to find Sage was leaving and heading into the city. He instantly relaxed and released the tension in his body.

Jay struggled to find his words, "..Anywhere..I guess." He tried not to stutter and stared down at his feet. It was difficult to control him powers when so many little plants could just sprout to life around him. A few leaves came to life but quickly turned brown afterward.

"of course i do, i would never have asked you here if my parents were home." she said like that should have been obvious, "besides, being stuck alone here all the time is quiet boring and lonely. i would kill for someone, anyone, to talk to."

"Ah" Triston replied with a small nod. As he looked ahead he saw the huge trees overhead, the large leaves falling down to Earth. "There is always a serenity about the woods I just love" he said

Jay beamed brightly, "Its where I feel most at home...just something about the green and the liveliness of it." He didn't seem to mind if Triston thought he was nuts. The forest was the only place Jay felt at home; it provided him with a get away.
