Duncan smiled and waved goodbye to 'Cassie'. He sat back down at his desk in front of Mali and began reading his ancient herbology book again.

Callista waved goodbye to Duncan, a bit sad that she had to leave so abruptly. She wove her way through the hallway, and someone jammed their binder into her side as they walked by. She yelped in pain and exclaimed," Hey!"
The kid who had shoved her was only a year older than her, but much taller. Callista gulped and dodged around him, relieved at the close call.

Mali rested her head on her hand. Her free hand twirled one of her locs around her finger. "There was something strange about her," she mumbled, watching some clouds from the window. "But i can't quite put my finger on what..." she hummed.

Duncan laughed. "She had nice eyes." He kept reading his book. He had taken a liking to herbology lately, though feather magick was more his forte.

Mali hummed. "Eyes, eyes... yes, she had rather...pretty eyes. strange eyes..." she hummed again, tapping her fingers on her desk. She thought for a moment, looking over Duncan's shoulder, eying the pages of his book. The page was on Chamomile, and she bolted up-right. "Her eyes!" she nearly shouted.

reika looked down ay her hand. " its a pleasure, my name is Reika " she bowed. " you may stay if you like but dont let anyone catch you up here with me, im not really the kind soul of the talk around here." she reached over for her book and opened it to read it again

"I don't care what people think of me" ribbon said violently while looking off in to the distance tears came into her eyes like she was remembering something then she rubbed the tears away and smiled " so any way what is this place?" she asked

Duncan jumped and dropped his book at Mali's sudden outburst. The other students turned and looked at her, and the teacher stopped talking. Duncan picked his book up off the floor and laughed softly. He wasn't sure what it was about Mali but he was stating to take a liking to her.

Mali looked around, a bit embarrassed, and slouched in her seat, apologizing softly. She leaned over her desk, her head next to Duncans. "Did you see her eyes, seun?" she whispered to him. "Die meisies eyes changed color!" She was practically vibrating in her seat. Her eyes had changed color. That was so cool. For a moment, Mali had forgot to speak completely in english.
