"Sounds like a plan. Do you have another flashlight or something I can use?" Alexa asked jogging forward a little and peering around a few bushes and trees before looking behind her shoulder. "What do you think will happen if we do end up running into someone or something?" She asked looking around one more time for effect before resting her soft brown eyes on Iris.

Chase after awhile sighed, getting bored as she felt the need to do something and not just sit there admiring the view of the town below like a normal person. With her hands, Chase lifted her body up off the ground; brushing her now dirty hands on her black jeans. The forest will always bring peace to the young girl and most likely the only thing. With the confidence the sassy Chase had, she walked into the forest, her long dark brown hair flowing behind her. It was a fact that her pretty appearance could easily mistake her for a shy and soft spoken individual but she was just a ball of fury in the inside and not one to talk down too. Her sarcastic sense of humor easily can set people off and she loves the fact it was easy to toy with humans. Pulling her black sweater onto herself, Chase explored the woods; snapping photos at every pretty thing around.

"Well my mom told me to use this dagger I guess but, I'm barely experienced in hunting you could say" I gave an uneasy smile,"besides I don't even know a vampire/werewolves weakness"I shrugged as I went through my bag handing her a green flashlight that was abit bigger than mine,"will that do?"

Alexa nodded, "At least you have an idea. Just point and throw. Or slash and run. Either way it should be effective." She said with a shrug of her shoulders. "I'm no better, but I might be able to figure it out." She worried at her lip, unaware at what she was doing. "Well, if it's like every book or movie about werewolves and vampires then vampires it should be sunlight. Werewolves silver. But maybe they are nice, not all of them can be bad. It's like saying all humans are bad and we aren't all like that." Alexa stated trying to prove a point and hoping to ease each other's worries. Taking the flashlight from Iris she nodded offering a friendly smile, "Yeah, thanks," She said clicking it on and swinging the pale ray of light around penetrating shadows. "Should work great."

(Right, haha, I could make Quintan come out and find them, but it might be better if someone else does xp)

"Don't worry to much about it, Iris. It'll all be fine. We can handle whatever happens." She said trying to stay optimistic. "Like I said before you be bait and I'll run," She teased bumping her gently in the side playfully. Glancing around in paranoia she sighed feeling a cold sensation wash over her. "I can second that. It's just our eyes adjusting. Our brains try and make shapes and faces in the dark when nothing is there. It's just our eyes playing tricks on us, that's all." Alexa explained. It was true, your eyes took in the scene and the brain would process it in hopes to find a shape or person, but she doubted it this time. Maybe they really were being watched.

chuckling, kasey took a seat on the ground opposite of kaei, his legs crossed. "nice to meet you, kaei." he smiled to kaei and tilted his head as he drew, intrigued by how his hand moved and how it came up with the drawings. kasey caught kaei's blush and that made his own cheeks light up a little. he shook it off and nodded. "yeah, i'm a light stepper. and, i was up in the trees. i.. uha.. i like sitting up in them. it's fun." he smiled and looked up, wincing at the feeling of sun on face. he pulled up his hood on his hoodie and shoved his hands into his hoodie pockets. this boy was pretty cute, too, though.. ack.. here it goes again. kasey was falling for someone who was in town. kasey's been here for a few hundred years, and not once has a boy this cute come along. but once he knows about kasey, who he really is, being a vampire and all, he'll run away and shun kasey or the rest of.. whoevers's life lasts longer. he sighed quietly and still watched as he drew.

alaska rolled her eyes and shifted to her other foot. as her mother always said when alaska taked back or begged for something, "bite me." she said to blake and turned on her heels, leaving to head to the cafe.
