A war had almost wiped out the entire human race and the few that survived did so by hiding underground and after ten years they emerged and were horrified by what they saw, the streets of the towns and cities they once now lay in ruins and the few animals that had survived had taken control of the cities and towns

Now thirty years on, the human race has learned how to survive without electricity and processed foods, this is a world were you only look out for yourself, were there are no rules but your own. Will you survive in this in world? There is only one way to find out.

.2. please no zombies, this is a post apocalyptic roleplay not a zombie one.
.3. please be realistic, if your character gets injured or anything do not instant heal them, have at least three-four days of them being injured. Also no god-modding and no mary sues.
.4. give recaps when asked and include everyone.
.5. use () {} [] or ** when talking ooc and please no fights in ooc.
.6. please don't go over 3 pages without me
.7. please use correct grammar and spelling, also try and write at least two or more lines, even if you have writers block at least try.
.8. with weapons, if your character has a gun of some sort, there will be no animation for it since it has been used up on the war and the few years following.

personality } Torin can be quite the..interesting individual, so to say. Rather guarded, his dislikes openly expressing his past history, and will become closed-off if asked. He enjoys completing objectives that are in his best interests, and can not persuaded otherwise unless under the threat of his life, or the life of someone he cares deeply about. Likewise, the man weighs both of the pros and cons when faced with a difficult decision, and always attempts to at least follow what his heart says. This can end badly as what his heart tells him to do isn't always the moral choice. Not to say Torin is unnecessarily violent, but even he'll kill someone if he believes they can inflict unrecoverable harm upon himself.
history } Torin was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to a middle-class couple by the names of Christopher and Anelise Ward. From the time up until he was twelve, he lived in a bustling household, packed with mediocre days and three other siblings. Torin's father believed in raising his children the old-fashioned way, leading to a frequent number of inessential punishments. In doing so, Torin was brought up as a realist, which becomes a factor later on in his life.
weapon } He travels with a bow & arrow, given the lack of ammunition for guns in the world. His secondary, melee weapon is a short carving knife, as well as a 16-tool leatherman.
pet } Torin has three animal companions who travel with him. A young mare, Jilly, who was a departing present from his father when Torin had left the survivor enclave. Secondly, he has twin littermates, Shadow and Iris. Shade is the black, male shepard, and his sister is Iris, the white german shepherd. While the two are occasionally a hassle to feed, Torin loves them deeply.

Nickname;; Those who don't know her might now of her, by the name 'Emerald Archer'

Personality;; She isn't really a fan of other people, so at first glance she might seem cold or heartless. She doesn't mind if she has to kill other people, which kinda support's the theory. She would save herself before anybody else if it came down to it, unless she really cared about the other person. She is very impatient, and HATES waiting for responses on question's she asks.
History;; Before they had to hide underground, she doesn't remember. But ever since they started hiding underground she began training in the art's of the bow. She trained everyday, until the day they could finally emerge from below ground.
Weapon;; A green bow she inherited from her father, it has matching green arrows. she also has multiple throwing knives, but she rarely throws them as he prefers her bow(she will use them as regular knives though.)
Family/pet;; None, as her Father died within the first year of living underground, and she was too busy for a pet.
