"I dunno." Emi smiled sweetly, which earned a confused look from Lunar. "Last i checked they shunned me and acted as if I wasn't real." Emi added. "I told them about Rina and they said that she wasn't real and that I needed to stop getting into fights and being rude to the adults. It wasn't me who did those things though, it was Rina and *hic* they started acting mean to us." She rubbed her eyes, obviously sad about the way her family acted towards her. "Only Ni was nice to me and when he left for college I didn't *hic* have any friends." Emi was holding back more tears than the ones flowing.

Amanda came up next to the hounds "Well bone could use some bandages...." she said patting the dogs head and then looking a Claw with a questioning expression "but claw...he might need to see a vet or at least not walk on his back paw, cause from here is looks to me like he might have torn something....." she trailed off but had turned to look at Coruvus

The man blinked at these words of an all-too-common story amongst Mutants. Parts were tweaked about from mutant to mutant, but generally they all played out and ended the same. He grimaced, and moved an arm around Emi, pulling her closer in a sort of hug. "You aren't alone on being rejected by your family," he said softly, then gave a faint smile. "But hey, neither of us are remotely 'normal' either, so we can adopt you and Rina, heh." He moved his other hand to lightly pat her head.

Coruvus wrinkled his nose and nodded, and had grabbed a wrap of bandages from his pocket by the time she'd told him of Claw's condition. He sighed, closing his eyes and furrowing his eyebrows. "Of course that's the case," he grumbled. Not that that was really surprising - it happened sometimes. Usually the rambunctious hound ended up in the vet for injuries about six times a year at least, and that was good years. He always bounced back like nothing ever happened though. Claw barked up at Coruvus, and the man scoffed in response. "He says he's fine, which means we should probably find a vet." Claw gave an offended whine, but seemed more annoyed than he was afraid of the vets.

Emi looked up at the silver-haired mutant, her eyes still watery from crying crying as she wiped up her tears. "How are you not normal? Is it because of your hair?" She asked and hived slightly, earning a few looks from passing people. Lunar waved at them and pulled Emi into a hug with Vlandore.

Vlandore restrained a laugh. "Well uh, not exactly, but that gets me a few confused looks. No, I uh..." He grumbled, before lowering his hand with its palm facing up. A soft, white glow emanated from the palm. "That. I have some powers, not the most offensive, but I can heal most anything." The glow faded as he exhaled. "But uh, not keeping my emotions in check and overusing that power also has a bitter side-effect that might make me pass out for a while."

Coruvus gave another annoyed sigh, but he nonetheless stood up and walked over to the two hounds, Claw giving a soft huff. "Often? More or less, yes. But he seems either incapable of feeling pain or he just doesn't care." The dog barked and wagged his tail happily, apparently proud of himself and his abilities, but Bone snorted softly.

Grace smiled up at Yuteik before trembling again. This time from the cold. Grace said to her, "C-can we go home n-now? I'm c-c-cold!" She buried her face against the mutant's thighs, trying to hide from the cold and warm up her rosy cheeks and nose.

((Dusk is not a killer. She was in the past. For some reason that I haven't actually constructed she was psychotic when she was younger.
Scarlet Feline, Scarlet, Elli and Enoria are all nicknames given to Yuteik's split personality that usually pops up when her memories are back. Technically the only ones I gave her were Elli & Enoria, the Scarlet one kinda popped up somewhere in the past in this RP that came with a reputation as an violent hunter and I don't mind it.))

Yuteik blinked, and smiled a bit before nodding. She leaned down to pick Grace up so that she wouldn't have to risk losing track of her, and she emitted a soft purr that was more audible than her prior ones as she started to walk in the direction of the forest where her self-constructed home was, which seemed to be commonplace with mutants. "Y-You can sleep in my bed to keep warm, until I get enough things to construct another one~" She purred, smiling down at the girl.

He gave a nod of agreement. "Always have," he responded, before nodding once more. He steadily moved a hand onto Claw's side until he felt the faint blood from his wound, and shifted the bandages so as to wrap around the hound's shoulder and chest area. With the bandage fully wrapped he gazed at the hound, which stood with easy and, after lightly shifting to test the pain of his injury, barked to let Coruvus know he was fine. Smiling faintly he grabbed his leash from his pocket and attached it onto his collar, wrapping the loop at the top of the leash around his wrist before reaching out for Claw, which whined as the man grunted with effort and picked him up, stumbling slightly as he stood up with the large hound. Claw, amused, wagged his tail slightly and barked in the man's ear, licking his face. "Rrh, yeah, the car would probably be best," he answered, "I probably couldn't carry this dog all the way there any ways."
