Kotaro stared blankly at Thirteen, not quite sure what to say. He wanted to yell, scream, and prove him wrong about everything he said, but he couldn't disprove something that had already happened to Thirteen. When he was put on the bed all he could do was wipe away the tears forming in his eyes.
"Why can't I be normal like Aito..." He mumbled, rubbing his eyes furiously.

I hugged him tightly " if you where normal would you have thought twice about me , or would you have killed me out in the forest " I asked with a sigh as I wiped away the tears " don't be afraid to cry kotaro , there is never shame in it" I said then smiled " look for the better things in life " I said with a kind caring tone in my voice

Kotaro shook his head.
"I would have thought that big Brother was strong and really cool.." He sniffled. "B-Big Brother..." He whispered a bit surprised. He was always told that crying would get me nowhere...it's okay to cry? Tears began spilling down Kotaro's face as he hugged Thirteen. His face was buried into his shirt. His shoulders shook with each sob.

i smiled " and i would have thought you where the first nice human i had ever met "i said hugging him and began to tear up " yes kotaro " i asked with a kind caring tone in my voice as i thought about how people would tell me that it was dumb to cry , and it made you weak , it was a way of getting the bad things out of you is what a boy told me once , and that was the way i thought of it from then on out

Kotaro smiled wearily before looking at Thirteen.
"Big Brother....d-do you really want to go back? To places where you might die?" He asked, afraid that he would want to go to a place more dangerous than this.

i smiled and ruffled his hair a bit " never if it ever means that you would be put in harms way " i said then hugged him " so what do you want to do today , any thing , i mean any thing at all to cheer you up " i said with a giggle as i made him float to my bed

Kotaro smiled with relief.
"Thanks Big Brother..." He whispered, before thinking for a moment. "Anything? Ice cream...ice cream!" He said childishly.

I smiled then picked him up and put him on my shoulders before walking towards the door " do you have any kind special in mind , like maybe a chocolate banana split " I asked with a small laugh

"Don't drop me." He warned before answering, "I want a banana split! That's what they always have in the cartoons..." He said, pulling on Thirteen's hair.

I smiel " I would never " I said then began to run towards the elevator " and I swear that they are wond3erful " I said then began to use a little of my power to run even faster towards the ice cream parlor " this is going to be life changing " I said wih a bright smile as I walked in and pput him down at a table and ordered for the both of us before I could get a good breath in
