[The Aristocrat]

The new Lord holds his gun to the head of the old Lord. He speaks to the crowds who are watching. "This man has been found guilty of treason..." He begins. The people glare at him."... And treason is only punishable by death." His finger tightens on the trigger. "As your new Lord I hereby declare a new era of peace and prosperity in the lands of Mazal." The people hold up their hands in a signal resembling the shape of the moon. The Lord ignores this. "Let the new age begin." There is a loud bang. The new Lord did not fire his gun. A gaping hole appears in his chest and he falls to the ground, dead. The people cheer and raise their guns. The royal guards take aim, the new age has begun.

Welcome to The Grand City Of Mazal. Or, at least, it was grand once. Now it is ravaged by a war, a war between the people and the Overlords. You are one of the people in this city. Are you a normal citizen? Are you fighting for the city? Are you an Overlord? Or are you one of the Silent? The Silent who have taken the war to their advantage and will steal and kill and hide in any way possible to survive.

-If you wanna kill a guy, ask 'em first
-You know all those other rules? Obey those, too
-Don't make your character Jesus Christ himself (in other words no over-powered characters)
-Make your own form but make sure it's got all that info and stuff that people love so much

We'll make up all the places in the city as we go along, just to be a bit more creative and blah.
