Nani stepped out, hardwood boards creaking underneath her. The sudden noise made her cringe, she had lived most of her life in silence, with only the bugs to keep her company. She sucked in a breath, and unfurled her wings. She zipped into the long hallway.
She finally reached the end of the dark hallway. Panting, she wiped her forehead and continued forward. She had seen no sign of human life. She got a bit bored, starting to move more slowly, forgetting about her hunger.

Andraste smiled and followed Sansa. "I haven't had a hamburger in ages," she said. "I'll be happy for one even if it isn't the best."

"Would you show me?" Kyle asked, a plan forming in the back of his mind.

Sansa's laugh bounced off the walls of the alley where her apartment building was. "It's just a few blocks down this way." She led the way through the winding streets until they came across the most pathetic Hungry Jack's there ever was. Bricks were falling out the sides and the sign flickered feebly. Sansa stifled a laugh. "Well, here is the most well-esteemed buffet in the city. Hungry Jack's." She pushed open the door, her Connies scuffing along the tiled floor. "What do you wanna get?"

Sansa ordered and sat at one of the dinghy old tables to wait. She sighed and glanced up at Andraste, a curious look in her green eyes. "You know, you haven't really told me anything about yourself, and I've basically told you my life story." Except for one thing. "Where are you from?"

Andraste looked at Sansa and winked. She ordered her food and joined her at the little table. Then, smiling mischievously, she pointed up.

"Whatever you want. I'm done with my food," Kyle said, taking the last bite of his sandwich and taking a drink of his soda.

Sansa's eyes widened in disbelief as a smile spread across her face. "Really!?" She lowered her voice. "Your an Angel?" Her head jerked up as someone called out, "Sansa North." She relaxed when she realised it was just her food being ready. She stood up, unfolding her legs from beneath the table and collected a burger, fries and a coke. Sansa sat back down and shook her head. "I can't believe it. Why are you down here then?"

"I used to be angel," Andraste said softly. She went to get her own food and came back. She munched on her fries and stared down at her food.
