Luna popped her head out of the snowbank and saw Zaylen in a tree and climbed the tree up to him.

"Stop stalling." He said walking outside.

Aspen walked back inside and into his room grabbing his bow and quiver. He swung the quiver over his shoulder and grabbed a sweatshirt for Kathi and threw it at her.

Zaylen grinned. The branch he was on started to crack.

"please. Please don't leave me. Don't leave. I'm alone. All alone. I have no one. Vander left me because of Vecili. He left me alone. I need you. Please don't leave me here."

(let's just say Sukka should have listened to the same advice he gave Destini when he was a kid. Maybe then he wouldn't be hunted for being a grim >:3)

Luna shifted, "Zaylen! Come here quick! Your guna fall!" She yelled to him reaching out a hand.

The branch snapped, but Zaylen vanished before he hit the ground.

Ava stood on the step astonished.

the Voice sounded desperate and like it was crying. "Destini. Please don't leave me here. Don't go with him. He's trying to trick you. He wants to hurt you. I'll protect you. Please don't leave me here..."

Luna looked around completely confused, "Zaylen?" She called out cautiously.

"Destini, I'm begging you. Please don't leave me here. I can't watch you get hurt again. Not after what happened. Please don't leave. Don't leave me alone. I need you."

Zaylen bounded out of a snowbank a ways away grinning.
