"The letter? It was just informing me that my sister perished in a fire, and my parents have fallen ill." Rho stated trying not to sound emotional about it.

Juliette gave him a sympathetic look before returning to her calm emotionless expression. "I am sorry to hear that." She said quietly. "Well, I guess it's my turn then. I was born far from here in the Alaric mountains, in the kingdom of Alair. I lived there till I was fourteen and circumstances led me to come here and I've been her ever since." Juliette said basically revealing nothing about her past other than she lived in a kingdom that was now in ruins. She snapped her fingers an her dragon approached. She grabbed her saddle bag an pulled out a loaf of bread and large block of cheese along with two apples. Taking one of her daggers she cut two slices of cheese and bread and gave one of each to Rho along with and apple. She then grabbed another apple and Fed it to Rhos cow before sitting back down and eating.

Edgar munched down the apple and let out a delighted 'Moo'
"Where did you get him? Or her?" He asked pointing at her dragon. He looked as she gave him so cheese and bread. Rho grabbed the apple, "it's okay, I don't eat much." He said politely giving back cheese and bread.

Juliette took the bread an cheese back and nodded it slightly using her magic to turnin it into a clothe that she use to wipe her mouth. "Aridian, oh I found him his mother had abandoned him a a hatching so I raised him." Juliette said softly.
