"Bye" she said as she left. Luna went to her house and saw the lights were on.
"Who's there?" came Marcus's voice from inside.
"It's me, Luna."
"What's the password?"
"There isn't one. Just let me in you dumb glowstick."
"What ever you say, stupid ink blot." he said as he opened the door for her.

He blinked and knocked on the window softly. It was getting cold, and Criminal City was pretty far away.

Luna and Marcus~
Marcus closed the door after she had come in. He told her of the trouble he had gotten into that day and she told him about the odd boy she had seen.

William Caligo~
William heard the knocking and was distracted for a moment. "Weren't you saying something, William?" one of the other Watchers asked. "What? Oh, yes. Sorry. As I was saying, we have to do something about it. If we just leave it be things could get worse." he said.

( I just pictured that... I think pretty much everyone would listen to him, or be distracted by the stars)

She looked up at Baylor's dangling feet. "BAYLOR! GET YER SORRY ASS DOWN HERE!" She screamed at him.

William hear the boy pounding on the window. The sound was making very hard to focus on the person currently speaking, He stood up and went towards the door. "Where are you going?" one of them asked. " Oh, ...I, uh, just need to step outside for a minute. Please continue, I won't be long." he said. The watcher nodded and William walked outside.

William couldn't see the boy thanks to his almost blindness, but he knew he was there. He could also hear the meeting continuing inside. "Were you the one knocking on the window?" he asked.
