The Wings.... (ACCEPTING)

"D*mn it Raven I love you!" I yell. "I want you to be safe, happy..."

I stopped for a moment. Did he really..? I needed to get back to the army. So I could keep these people safe. I'd only be gone for days but how long could they wait? They needed to leave soon.

Aviator:
"If your going, I'm coming to protect you."

Raven
"I'll be back in a few days just... protect everyone else.. ok?" I asked, not looking back only knowing the pain it would bring.

Aviator:
"No." I say with finality

Raven
"I'm not going to let you die because your going to be stupid, now do as I say and stay here! If you want me to be happy and content then you'll stay, if you want me to be in pain and worry then come!" I snapped, finally looking back.

Aviator:
"Your safety is more important to me than your feelings Rav, I'm coming."

Raven
Sighing I turn away. "Fine." I spread my black as night wings and take off at full speed. The army needed me fast so I was going to get there fast.

I speed after her.

The base came into view only minutes later and I folded in my wings, free-falling. I spread my wings once more before I hit the ground and folded them in again to run. I still had my military boots on so It wasn't super easy to run but I got there anyway.
