Looks: 6'4 and lithe, made for running swiftly and for long periods of time. Although he is thin, his body is taut with lean muscles. He has long white hair and crimson red eyes. He wears the same outfit as seen in his picture, only he hides his long snowy ears in his hat- and his puffball of a tail under his long coat- because he finds them to be an embarrassment.
Weapon(if any still): He carries three hand guns hidden all over his body(each gun has different uses. Tranquilizer, silver bullets, and a surprise gun ;3), a silver dagger(for werewolves), and iron dagger in his belt(for spirits-demons, angels, etc).
Powers(if any): He has the ability to transform into a talking rabbit about 3 feet tall, and has slight control over the element of water(along with what it entails; ice, snow, etc).
Helping, Hindering, or Neutral to war recovery: He is neutral; but tends to help either side when it suits him.
Personality: Elliot is extremely mischievous. He comes off as a bold and cold character, but he loves being around someone who cares. He surely won't hesitate to pop a cap in someone who annoys him, or sick them a good one, as these are his most common threats. But he really is quite sweet, innocent even- you've just got to be patient and treat him right.
History: Nothing to tell, or at least there's stuff- he just won't tell.

Other: He openly loves anything that has to do with carrots. Carrot sweets, baked goods, literally anything with carrots. Except actual raw carrots. Offer him one and he will become extremely offended- saying he is not a common rabbit. However hand him a plate of carrot cookies and he will be your best friend forever.
