The animal hopped off my back and landed on the rooftop as the clang of the ladder falling echoed slightly in my ears. I was limping over to the side when Darel jumped up and over the edge suddenly, and effectively pushed me down. I let out a yelp of surprise, looking up at him with a bright blush on my face at how close he was.

Oliver closed his eyes, "It's just... She was the closest thing to a family I had, then I messed up... And now I've got you," he sighed. "I love you and care for you, I just want you to be safe and happy."

I sighed as I stood up,"sorry about that, they almost seen me"I smiled as I held my hand out

"I'm glad you have me, but I want the same for you too you know"I smiled

Oliver held her close in his arms, "you okay?" he whispered.

I smiled faintly, "what makes you say that or I mean with what?"I smiled a bit, being held in his arms I was able to here his heart beat. Suprisingly a soft tune played inside my head

Oliver held her close, he smiled faintly and gently kissed her.

I smiled brightly as my face glew bright red as he kissed me, I silently kissed him back unsurly why I did so

"I-it's okay..." I murmured, taking his hand in my grasp with a small smile on my face. The animal padded around with one of its wings hanging a bit limp at its side, watching with large eyes.
