[ I'm sorry but that really doesn't even make sense. Your character was just near Sara right, and Sara only just got back to her shop right after Killian left so it hasn't even been several hours i'ts been like forty five minuets, and if your character went from the forest to town -which is what I feel happened?- then he wouldn't have been able to find Killian and Kai.
Not to mention finding characters who are obviously hiding, or Kia obviously was Killian is just sorta there, anyway without it being planned before hand or them making a large - and I do mean large sense they are very far in the forest- noise then it is simply very improbable that your character could find them. Ie god modding which does happen to be a rule on this roleplay

Also very sorry for the mini modding but like I just don't think is very likely and yeah. You can't blame my reasoning, I just would prefer something more likely happen or that he not find them because it honestly doesn't make sense ]

Kai hadn't expected him to be THAT close or she might have sensed his presence by sound, scent, or gut instinct. The raven beat his wings and took off from her shoulder, flying back to the safety of a nearby tree. Her first reaction was to leap back and properly face the stranger, hand going to the hilt of a knife at her side. She held her head high with a narrow-eyed assertive glare as she addressed him. " Let me guess, yer the kind that eats empty-headed maidens and little children for breakfast," the half-blooded female practically barked in response. She could smell it now in his presence, the characteristic, musky scent that only a Varl or wild born wolf could carry.

[ Finally got around to editing my forum on the front. Moving pictures now uvu <3 I love using gifs instead of actual picture. Kinda updated his personality thing but nothing we all don't know about him ]

Killians eyes followed after the bird for a moment, making a slight 'tssk' sound at how quickly it abandoned it's owner. Slowly his eyes went back to him*, noting the knife he seemed more than ready to pull out to gut him. He raised his hands ups in a dramatic manner, one resting on his heart and the other other going up in a flourish before he leaned forward in a mock bow ,"That would be me love, seems you do know about my monstrous appetite at least."

He quickly stood straight up, eyes narrowed in pain, perhaps he would leave the theatrics for another time. He wanted to question the other man about the bird and how he was almost certain that was the same one he had been tracking, instead all the came out was ,"Killian at 'yer' service lad," his thick Irish accent got in the way of him poking fun at the other boys accent a little bit, but what he was aiming for was apparent anyway. This was the first boy he'd seen in this village and he didn't want to scare him away. At least that was how he was justifying himself not straight out asking the question about the bird. "And you'd be?"

Clever as always, but still a coward. Kai couldn't blame her companion though, each knew to be wary of the stranger before them. It surprised her that she hadn't picked up on his presence earlier by scent or sound. Her ear gave a subtle twitch of annoyance upon hearing the emphasis used on the word 'yer', was this philandering potato eater mocking her? Perhaps she would cut out his tongue if the occasion presented itself, see if he would continue to jest at her then. They had hardly known each other but a few moments and she was already beginning to grow irritated with him.

" Karl. Karl Eyrikson." She felt some relief that he couldn't tell the truth about her gender, it was probably the fact that the majority of her face being hidden behind a scarf. Killian may have been the first (living) Varl she had encountered in years, but that did not mean she would speak about herself so easily to him. The less anyone knew about her, human or beast, the better.

Killian's coy smile widened at the annoyance that seemed to be rolling off the boy. "Did I strike a nerve," he cooed, taking a small step backwards en case the man decided to strike at him with that knifes. It could just as well be a knife made of silver or a regular one. Either way Killian wasn't very willing to find out, he was already hurting enough without a few knife wounds to add. He couldn't help but smile again, he could tell he was going to enjoy the boy even if the other male didn't quiet like him.

"Oh I see last names in order. Okay Karl, then it's Killian Cetus." His eyes were beginning to fade from the piercing yellow color to their normal ocean looking color. He continued to stare at the boy for a few more minuets before raising one of his hands up and running it through his hair making his already disheveled look even worse, he couldn't think of anything to really say. That in itself was an odd occurrence. "Your bird," he was finally able to say, knowing there wasn't anything else reasonable to ask about. "I think it was there when I..," he trailed off for a moment. He wasn't sure if the lad knew and if he didn't he didn't wish to tip him off. "When I was speaking with a group of ladies, it was this one right," he said pointing up at the bird without taking his eyes off of Karl.

She chose not to say anything to his jeer, only narrow her eyes a sliver further.

" 'Course. I was the one who sent him after all." The raven had been reliable in carrying out her bidding, to see what could be seen and report it back to her. She gave a small tip of the head as a wordless gesture for him to return to her shoulder. He was reluctant at first, hopping around on a lofty tree branch before gliding down to her side as he had done before. " His name is Muinin( thoughts: he's so glad that you asked), and he told me that you certainly were conversing with a number of females. I was surprised that you lured them there for that reason alone, not to eat them or anything rational like that. " She turned a glance to the bird and stroked his neck with the back of her finger, pretending not to notice his shift in eye color.

" He's not just 'my bird' either. He's my companion." There was a certain pride she took in their bond, how they helped and relied solely on each other. " He found you and reported back to me what he saw, something you want t' say about that?"
