The wind carried the scent of human blood which only worsened her curiosity as to what was going on. Kai assumed that the other wolf had attacked someone, which would no doubt spark another Wolf Hunt. The lack of truly knowing made her anxious. She had to know wether to hightail it now before trouble started and suspicions began arising or to wait and perhaps meet this other Varl.

From behind, she could the gentle wing flaps of an approaching avian that soon landed on her shoulder. A proud, one eyed raven perched beside her head and cared into her ear. "{ It's in town getting turned into jerky. Don't worry, I told the butcher to save the organs, I knew you would want the lungs Muinin.}" she spoke in hushed, growlish tones to the bird. "{ To the south west, I heard the howl of another Varl, I'm sure I did. Be my eyes, go and tell me what you have seen when you return.}" The raven bobbed its head before taking off in the direction of Killian and the others.

Robin absentmindedly watched the others talking, hanging onto every word. She looked around the room for just a second, suddenly getting the feeling that something... something just wasn't right.

Killian swayed his head up and down in a nodding motion as she spoke agreeing. "I had been thinking about the Wolf mother and the butcher boy, but after tonight I can see how the blood from the dead father might have confused her enough to mistake her son for it's father, assuming they look similar," he was oddly glad she wasn't offended at the silver comment though he choose not to bring it up any more. It looked like Sara had something to say, but he wouldn't ask her about it. If she had something to ask or say she would ask him, and he would more than likely answer whatever question.

The Wolf turned and looked at Amy and her dog. The dog still obviously was angry with him, but he couldn't care less about the dog having an issue with him. "To help it heal," he explained after a few moments ,"Canine saliva kills bacteria and helps wounds heal faster." He doubted that's what she had actually meant, but that was the denotative reason as to why he did it, the real reason was knowledge he planned to keep to himself.

Muinin was clever, as most ravens were, and kept his distance once he found the Varlfur Kai had spoken of. He was perplexed as to how two, no, three? human females could be openly conversing with a Varl without being torn to shreds on the spot. They could all be counted as crazy by anyone's standards, bestial or human. Would Kai even believe him when he relayed this event to her? He continued to watch on from a high hanging branch above all of their heads, making naught a sound.
