I slide down the wall * what did I do wrong* a tear lands on the pavement

Jordan hugged her, he gently rubbed her back. "Ssshh..." he whispered, "you didn't do anything wrong..."

He figured he was alone, until he heard a giggle from beside him. If he was surprised, he didn't show it. Turning his head to look at the girl reading a comic, he blinked one. "Hello."
