Because of some unknown thing that happened in her past Chara in basically like a innocent 5 year old girl unaware of her surroundings and will believe just about anything. She can be smart and knows how to use her tools well but doesn't completely understand what it is she does accepting it as it is never asking questions so if she was to meet something nonhuman and wasn't told to kill it she might even become its friend. Stubborn, kind, naive, and friendly she is slowly but surely becoming a adult in her own way.

"Um.. well, kinda hard to say. We were going to make camp here, until you showed up, and I'm hopping she'll come back, otherwise she might get us both killed." Aiden said, almost as if he knew it and, began to become a little worried, but wouldn't admit it.
