Nikita wandered around outside the city. While her brother went in for supplies, she preferred to stay out in a place that resembled nature. Trees, grass, bushes, rocks, etc. She enjoyed this place much more, it was so quiet.... She paused, hearing voices. And a rather unpleasant sound resembling a blade hitting something solid. She sighed faintly and quietly went closer, trying to see who was there.

Nathaniel stumbled back a bit, his thoughts returning to the real world as he collided with someone. He blinked a few times, barely registering her apology as he regained his senses. He quickly shook his head, bending over to pick up her sunglasses. "It's no problem, I should've been paying more attention," he said softly. He held the glasses out to her, then went still as his gaze met hers. Suddenly it felt rather like he was drowning in starlight.

Star gasped lightly when she accidentally made eye contact with the boy. As soon as she noticed that he locked gazes with her starry eyes and she quickly turned away. Zvezda knew that after something like that, no one could brush that off as a trick of the light. Her identity was exposed.

Star took the sunglasses from his outstretched hands and placed them over her eyes. She swallowed and bit her lip nervously. Zvezda wanted both to flee and also to ask if he was okay. The girl looked up at the boy with some worry, "Are you alright?" She asked in a soft tone.

"Fine, fine," Nathaniel said absently, clearly dazed. He blinked at her, wanting very much to ask about her eyes. But he had enough sense about him to notice that she quickly tried to hide them again. So instead, he asked, "Are you all right?"

The small, white haired girl, looked up to see someone peeking out of the trees. She hopped off the rock and landed behind it, the rock concealing her completely.
Aiden looked over at the girl and back to the trees. "Who are you?" He asked, standing his full height. He looked down behind the rock to pull the girl up from behind it, but she was gone. Aiden looked around for her, but still couldn't find her.

Zvezda nodded and replied quietly, "Yeah I'm okay..." She said as she got up from the floor. She brushed off debris from her dismal outfit and looked at the boy. She winced a little as she leaned on her right leg. Star looked down at the wound which was a little scratched up. A little bit of concrete rubble was lodged in the minor injury. Star grimaced as she looked up again and smiled sheepishly, "Or maybe not.." She said with a small, nervous laugh.

Nathaniel winced, looking at her leg. "Now I really feel bad... Do you have a place to go, somewhere we could clean that up? At any other time, my sister could help, but she's always running off..."

Kit frowned slightly, stepping out of the trees. She thought she'd seen two people, but now there was only one: a boy. And now she wasn't sure if he was talking to her or not, so she just stood there, her hand behind her back and barely touching the knife concealed under her shirt.

Star looked at the boy a bit panicked, "Oh, don't feel bad, I should've watched where I was going," Zvezda smiled gratefully, she thought that this boy looked kind, trustworthy even. She thought that she might put her faith in someone for once. Star sighed a little and nodded, "I don't really have anywhere to go..." She admitted softly. Zvezda looked up at the boy again, "Do you have somewhere we could go?" She asked him.
