Damon didn't notice Karma was up, and he wasn't really listening to anything. He was still looking at the only picture he had of his mother. He had a small frown curled on his lips as he stared at the picture.

She could smell stress and he hasn't exactly been the happiest camper

She stopped at the nearest tree to them and coughed into her hand.. oh great, blood... Karma leaned against the tree, looking at the stars and then at him. Wiping the blood onto her jeans, she walked the rest of the way to him. "Damon, are you alright?"

Damon stopped staring at the picture "What..?" He glanced around, his eyebrows furrowed.

Her expression softened. "Are you alright?", she asked softly, not wanting to bother him about the picture. She was worried for him.. losing that much blood could start making his vital organs shut down...

"Maybe. Probably not." Damon shrugged, glancing back at the picture again.

She chewed her lip momentarily. "Hey, if you want to talk about it, I am all ears. But if you want to keep it to yourself, by all means, do.", she said softly, wanting to be there for him but not wanting to be pushy or anything..
