Sabrina

Sabrina was about to say something until she saw someone come into the room. She closed her eyes and cowered thinking it was a human. But then she slightly opened her eyes to find a panther before her, just out of the reach of her cage. An outsider! Please, help free us! she meowed frantically hoping that it could at least translate domestic cat tongue when in a wild big cat form. Her eyes were darting all over the place and some excited animal noises erupted from the cages. My ears folded back ad i tried to hiss at them to tell them to shut up. If they were too loud it would surely attract the guards attention.

Mike

Mike sat by idle, watching the chaos and excitement unfold before him. He didn't care for much to join them in there ramblings and shouts of joy. He knew that if it were to keep up that the panther would become one of them. Caught by the guards and stuffed into a small cage.

Shadow's eyes darted wildly to and fro before catching the hiss of a cat beside her. Shadow swung her head around and padded to the table where the cage resided. She glanced back to the door, all too aware of the sound of chasing guards and dimly wondering where Cat had gone. She turned her attention back to the cage, studying the contents with eager emerald eyes. A small cat was inside. She glanced around, looking through the other cages before hissing back to the cat through the bars. "I can help free you. I just managed to get away myself." She whispered, lashing her tail back and forth. "I have a plan, but we have to act fast.... okay?" She hissed awkwardly.

Sabrina gave a nod and followed her moves hissing at the other shifter's who were here to catch there attention. She shifted a bit looking around to find them all finally staring at her and the panther and calmed down.

Mike

Mike stared at the graceful black panther that was just outside of Sabrina's cage. Its eyes were a piercing emerald green, a nice contrast to his amber red eyes that looked like that of a dying flame, smoldering in sparks and hisses. He pondered for a moment and thought on it if they might be able to escape or not. But then he threw the thought to the side, focusing on what was now. Focusing on the present was his best chance at probably getting out of this dump.

Shadow's eyes darted back and forth neevouly, aware of all the eyes on her tattered and scarred pelt. She silently shifted into her human form, and pulled her dark black hoodie over her eyes before refurning to the task at hand. "This is what I need you to do. I'm going to open the cage. But we can't make a dash for it yet, becauae the guards are right behind me. My friend and I made quite the get away..... Anyway. I'm going to open the cage, and also become a domestic cat. I'll wait in the cage with you, close the door, but I wont lock it. After they come check this room, we, and everyone here, can make a dash out of here..... With luck. Do you think it will work?" Shadow asked softly, peering out from her hoodie and swallowing nervously. Other people were hard for her to work with because of social anxiety. She just prayed that these shifters weren't stubborn or moody.

Sabrina

Sabrina stared at the girl, her amethyst purple eyes fixed on her like an archer to its target. She thought on it for a moment but then she heard footsteps coming this way. It'll have to do for now, shift and get inside, quick! She moved over a bit and kept her eyes on the door.

Mike

Mike flickered his tongue in and out as he watched the panther shift into a human girl. He took a long look at her for this might be the only time that he'll get to see her in human form. He noticed she bared a long scar from her shoulder to her hip. He wondered how she had gotten that scar. He had wondered until he noticed the footsteps that were approaching, he slithered backwards to the very back of his cage and hissed angrily, his nostrils flaring up and fangs bared.

Shadow nodded and slid the deadbolt on the lock over so the cage opened with a click. Shadow smoothly became a pretty silver tabby, and leaped gracefully up onto the table and into the cage before reaching back with a skilled paw and closing the cage, but not locking it. Immediately, she crouched in the back of the cage, her fur spiking up nervously and her tail tip was twitching wildly. She watched, and waiting for the guards to find her. Likely they wouldn't look hard inside the cages.
