Nero shrunk away and averted his gaze, looking hurt, like a child being scolded. "I-It takes a lot of energy out of them, the poor things." He explained quickly, obviously referring to his plants. "And I.. I-I don't know, I haven't found the energy lately myself.." He continued, leaving out the fact that his powers had actually been failing him lately.

"Oh.." Odin fidgeted awkwardly, not knowing exactly what to say to that. "Uhhh... l-let's check out what's inside, yeah?"

Adonis sighed heavily. "And you were just planning on starving? There are people who'd actually rather have you alive, Nero."

Nero couldn't help but smile a little at that. "I'm flattered," He teased lightly, but suddenly he sounded serious and somewhat concerned. "Th-there was one plant in particular actually, that I meant to get back from you.. I-I sold it on accident you see, a bonzai? I'd pay you back..."

Odin peaked in cautiously, obviously much more wary than she was. He sniffed the air a little. "Well, it certainly smells abandoned."
