Tempest shook his heart irritant to her mocking. He ripped open a box and pulled out a stack of shirts. "HEY. YOU'RE DOING INVENTORY TODAY!" He calls. With all these boxes of merchandise she'll be here awhile.

"I will burn out your eyes, so help me God." Tempest glares, anger flaring up in his chest.

"Suit yourself." Nero shrugged, pushing the door open for Adonis. His eyes lit up as soon as he saw the menu. "Gosh, I haven't had pancakes in forever."

(Don't know why I'm still awake, but I am. I'm glad I stayed awake, now. xD))

"Let me counter that statement with: when was the last time you ate breakfast?" Adonis asked, curious and worried for his little plant friend.

"The baker's son brought me some muffins four mornings ago." Nero shrugged, deciding there was no sense in being dishonest anymore. Adonis saw right through him every time. Despite this mental note, he seemed a little distracted with all the breakfast options in front of them. "What are you gonna get..?"

"The baker's son brought me some muffins four mornings ago." Nero shrugged, deciding there was no sense in being dishonest anymore. Adonis saw right through him every time. Despite this mental note, he seemed a little distracted with all the breakfast options in front of them. "What are you gonna get..?"

"Four days ag-Nero! You can't just not have food. You do need it to survive, regardless of what creature you actually are." Adonis pinched the bridge of his nose. "Whatever. I won't let you go without food again anyways."

"I don't know what I'm going to get. Probably french toast or something."

"I can go a week or two," Nero murmured sheepishly, but decided quickly to let that topic slide. "I wanna get the smiley face pancakes.. c-could you order for us?" He looked up at Adonis hopefully, not wanting to talk to the waiter himself.
