The man raised a brow as they stopped. The mixed smells of food wafted the air, and in all honesty, he was not used to such smells, especially all at once. In a way the smells made him scrunch his nose slightly, if only to try and help eliviate some of the strong scents that mingled and filled the air. "how very peculiar ..." he muttered softly, mainly to himself. He then scanned the area, as if to instinctively find who it was that had already prepared food.

"Thats strange..." She mumbled under her breath then looked at Flippy and shruged "I can assure you that i have no idea what is going on as well. " Kiku said then started to think about who already prepared the food.

His ear twitched when he heard something from afar, and looked around the room once more, catching a glimpse of 2 shadowed figures only for a moment as they dashed off in an archway, to what looked to be a hallway. "... over there." he muttered, pointing toward where he saw the figures across the room. "someone was here watching us ..."

Kiku's ears folded back and let out a hiss her tail lashing "Those TWO!" She growled and ran to the two shadows "Zac! Mitski! " She hissed and grabed the rather young twins by their ears gently but at the same time harshly.

The man stood there with a raised brow. It would seem like these two were a common pair of trouble makers in this town. He stood in his spot for a good bit before soon following after Kiku. "i assume you know these two well?" he asked, now looking down to the twins with his golden eyes.

She got up with him and ran toward a rather large construction. "Let's get inside of the Warrior1's Quarter House" She said, now serious, and running so fast she was almost the one dragging him now. She sighed. "Why did I even acted like this? It's anormal... I don't understand.. this guy... the heck is happening to me? I never lost a fight, and if I did, I'd be sure to try and probably murder, ripping off the head of the person's beating me... but.. this guy... why....I just don't get it." She thought to herself as she entered the huge open room of the quarter's center piece. She sniffed the air. "Aah... seems like it's going to rain for a while." She said quietly.

The queen's eyes widened. "Oh dear god no my dear! All I mean is that there is royal manners, and those manners are never thought to anyone who is not from a royal family. Don't worry my dear, you are perfect as you are, but if I want to present you to some other countries' princes, you will need to act like a lady." She said, giggling by her last sentence.

For a moment, his eyes softened a bit back to their original emerald colour, but he shook it off and growling lowly in annoyance, soon looking back to the children. "i'm curious to know which one was spying on us as well." he grumbled lowly, mainly worried they saw his 'act of kindness' earlier.

Kiku looked at Flippy dully when she saw his eyes change and looked severely confused "Um your eyes...they....changed?" She said quietly then put down the twins and stared at Flippy gently.

"perhaps it was a trick of the light, or your distraction by your siblings - which we still need information from." he added.
