Sighing, she walked forward and peered over his shoulder. The brunette then leaned back and gave a strange look. "Why would you hide it? It's just a cat-well, kitten," she laughed, slightly confused.

Taighlare gazed at the calico kitten. Her blue and violet eyes glanced up at the ginger as he spoke. "I see... Damon said that?" she muttered with a frown as her eyes glanced down at the kitten again. The brunette sighed as he voiced his reasons, he apparently wanted to keep the frail feline. "Hmm... Well, last time I checked that I don't eat ... cat," she said with uncertainty as she looked down at the kitten when it mewed at her. "There is also plenty of wildlife in these woods and if in emergencies, we can always rummage nearby neighborhoods for nonperishables. I see no problem in you keeping the kitten, but I do recommend you don't get attached to it. There's no telling when one of us can die... including animals. If you were to die or the cat, we can't have a hunter being distracted if your pet were to die or no one would want to take care of the cat as it's an extra mouth to feed if you were gone," she explained in all seriousness. Looking down at the kitten once more, she smirked slightly. "I can see why you'd want to keep it. I have to say it's a bit cute," she chuckled, scratching the base of her braid. Violet and blue eyes gaze up at Tyler, Tai sighed a bit and gave a small smile. "Sorry, I didn't mean to be hard about that... Maybe you should try to teach it to maybe hunt on its own. That could really help in feeding the kitten by the way," the brunette suggested.

After quite a while just leaning on a tree throwing her daggers over and over again, June got even more bored. The world is being taken over by zombies and I'm bored? I need something to do with my life... She let out a long sigh; she rather enjoyed being lazy, but not so much if she had nobody to chat with. She slipped her daggers back into her belt, picked up her hand gun, and strolled back into camp. Noticing a girl slightly older than her just walking around, June walked up to her, hoping a conversation would ease her boredom. "Hey... Mackenzie? Did I get it right?"

Taighlare smiled slightly and nodded, "No problem." She glanced around the kitchen in silence. "What are you doing in here anyways?" she asked with curiosity.

Taighlare nodded as she then went to the a cabinet to find a can of dried milk, even though it was still liquid which made no sense to her. Pulling it out, she shut the door and turned to Tyler with an outstretched hand. "Here, this is all I can think of," she told him.
