Her answer was forced out and had a sharp tone. Alister could tell she didn't want to go through with what was happening and decided to give her a bit of a break. "I was wondering if you'd like to walk around on the boardwalk for a little before we grab a bite to eat." He grabbed his forehead and ran his fingers through his hair as this was something he, himself didn't like doing very much, but hoped it would make things easier for her. Alister could tell she didn't think very much of him at the moment and knew he would need to change that if they were going to get along.

Bella let out a sigh. She clenched her jaw for a moment before she let out a dramatic sigh. "Fi-ne. 5:30?" she said drawing out the word. She yawned once, as she ran her fingers through the brown locks of hers. "Bye, I guess?" she managed out awkwardly. She wasn't good with dating. Friends, yes. Dating, no. It just was that way. She let out a small sigh, before she hung up the phone. Her parents watched her, waiting for her to do something. Do something she did, "I'm going to sleep. Wake me up around 5." was all she said before she headed into her room. Flopping onto the bed, she tugged the covers up over her head before she dozed off.

She hung up before he could say goodbye, but he didn't mind. In fact, it amused him slightly, causing him to smile smugly. "Well, this ought to be interesting." Alister thought out loud to himself as he resumed tending to his work on his laptop.
*Time skip*
Adjusting his glasses and combing his fingers through his dark hair, he glanced at himself in the mirror and winked at his reflection. "You've got this, dude." He began to give himself a peptalk. "You're gonna have a great time and laugh. Its going to play out smoothly. Just like you" Alister fixed his black jacket for the final time before heading out to the parking lot to get into his car and then the boardwalk. He planned to take her shopping or something, normal girl stuff and then a nice restaurant afterwards.

Jake smiled at her, "Let me just say that your gorgeous, but I also like personalities. So don't think I'm like a player or anything cause I'm not." He said kinda nervous.

Chase then placed his hand on hers, "This is going to be our place. K?" H said and smiled softly.

Katie smiled and took a deep breath, "Agreed." She said with a giggle. She looked at the ocean waves hitting her feet and splashing onto her legs, "I love the water." She finally said. She did, she loved the water and everything about it, the color, the feeling, and well... everything!

He gave her hand a small squeeze as he nodded in agreement, "Me too. I've been wanting to learn how to surf, but so far I haven't any luck." Cade chuckled and used his free hand to tuck stray hairs behind her ear thoughtfully. He appreciated the fact that she was comfortable holding his hand and rubbed hers with his thumb. Cade felt like they had known each other for a long time and was more than thankful to have that feeling with her. "I bet you'd be good at surfing." He stated.

Katie looked at him with surprise in her eyes, but yet it showed funny. "Me? Ha, you must be crazy." She smiled at him. "I am only good at tubing." She giggled. She was surprised at how outgoing she was acting around him. No longer shy to be talking or to even share her secrets. Most guys didn't like a girl who can skate board, but that's one of her favorite things to do. "Is surfing like skate boarding?" She asked as well as giving him a hint.
