Emily
Okay, yeah this guy was definitely weird. I read his mind, and instantly knew he wasn't human but I didn't know what he was. I felt a little bad about invading people's privacy but I couldn't help it. Anytime I am near someone then their thoughts almost automatically pop into my mind, I can't control it. I completely forgot about the fish and noticed it was burning. "Shoot!" I yelled. I took the fish off the fire and decided to go with my backup plan, vegetables. I almost grew a whole garden of watermelons right in front of the stranger until I remembered that I had some leftover tomatoes from before. "I'm more of a fruit and vegetables person anyways," I said, grabbing the tomato from my backpack and taking a bite of it. "My name's Emily by the way," I said with food still in my mouth and put out my hand that wasn't holding the tomato. I swallowed, "sorry I'm usually not around many people so I don't have the best manners."
