Ezio smirked at her words knowing full well that she would probably never really get on his nerves, was that even possible? "Pfft doubt it. Trust me I'll get on your nerves way before you get on mine" he added. As the food was set down whatever conversation Ezio was having now fled to the back of his mind. The food was obviously taking precedent over everything else. He wasted no time in chopping up his eggs and sprinkling some salt on them. Out of pure habit he tore his bacon into pieces and mixed it in with his eggs. The pancakes were always last. As he grabbed his fork and scooped a bite of eggs and bacon into his mouth, the flavor practically caused him to melt. "So good!" He muttered.

As he was about to leave the loners voice and that of another could be heard in the direction they had disappeared in. I don't see what the big deal is. If she's not a werewolf then just tell her. he thought shaking his head. Cole turned away wanting to leave before any of the dumb dogs returned. Come on Ian. We should head back unless you want to stay and patrol? If not I'll have to find somebody else to do it. he linked to the wolf at his side.

Emma picked up her fork and rolled her eyes at Ezio, grinning at him. "Sure, keep on telling yourself that. I'll have you know that I can make people absolutely hate my guts in ten minutes or less if I want to, and apparently I annoy everyone I come into contact with," she said, her grin dropping slightly. There's a reason why nobody likes me and never wants to try to be my friend... It seems like no matter how much I try to change myself and my personality, nobody can stand me, she thought sadly, the only sign that she was having slightly depressing thoughts being the twinge of sadness in her icy blue eyes. Shaking her head slightly to dismiss those thoughts, she started eating her fish and chips in silence.

"Trust me I can swear to you that won't happen, unless of course you don't want me in your life" he said muttering the last part. Ezio grew silent for a moment as he ate his food as quietly as he possibly could. After awhile he glimpsed up at Emma just catching the hint of sadness in her eyes. Upon seeing the sight something in him seemed to ache and want to make things better. His eyes looked desperately across the table for something he could use to help him. At last his hazel eyes came to rest on a piece of bacon off to the side of his plate, untampered by the yellow egg yolks. Ezio quickly picked it up and acting on impulse through the little piece of torn off bacon at Emma. He knew it might make her mad but at least she wouldn't be sad anymore.

Blinking her icy blue eyes in surprise, Emma stared at Ezio, a little bit shocked that he would even consider for a second that she didn't want him in her life. Wait, what? They had literally met not even two hours ago, so why was she already so certain that she wanted him in her life? Shaking her head slightly, she sighed quietly. "Of course I want you in my life, but... I tend to do something or another at some point that pisses everyone off or makes them hate me. I don't know what it ever is that I do, but it just never seems like I'm good enough for anyone, so I apologize in advance if that happens," she said quietly, frowning and looking down at her plate. This was another thing that was shocking to her - she was letting her real self start to show, instead of her fake personality. Pushing around her food with her fork for a few moments, she flinched in surprise once he threw a little piece of bacon at her. Raising an eyebrow as she lifted her gaze once more, she looked at the bacon that had fallen off of her and onto the table. Picking it up, she examined it before grinning and suddenly leaning over the table, grabbing onto the front of his shirt and dropping it down into his shirt before sitting back down, leaving him no time to react to her actions from how quickly she did it.

"Quit being a negative nancy and cheer up. I shall accept no less" he replied with a small smirk. After throwing the piece of bacon at her Ezio put up a false innocent look. He looked away and whistled a small tune as he twiddled with his fingers. He hadn't expected her to take revenge by shoving it down his shirt, well Travis's shirt. Ezio stared with mock horror as the scene unfolded. Ezio gave a false frowny face as she retreated. He lifted the bottom of his shirt slightly and shook it allowing the bacon to fall out. "Humph" he said poutingly as he crossed his arms. He couldn't help but feel a twinge of happiness seeing that Emma was no longer looking down and in the dumps but more upbeat and cheerful.

"Shut up. I'll be a Debbie Downer if I feel like it," Emma said matter-of-factly, rolling her icy blue eyes at him. Seeing as how he put on a false innocent look after throwing the bacon at her, once she sat back down, she grinned at him innocently and watched him get the piece of bacon out of his shirt. Without breaking eye contact, she reached out slightly to grab one of her French fries and subtly tossed it at him, making it land in his hair. "Oops. Sorry. I had a muscle spasm," she said, smirking and waiting for his reaction.

Sirius kept an ear out while dinner cooked. For once he didn't feel like going out into the woods. Suzzy and the others laid down by the fire and dosed as the light waned. Sirius gets up and pours dog food in the bowl in their room, and was swarmed by the dogs near the time he was finished with it.

Ezio stuck his tongue out at her still putting on a pouting, upset face. He felt the fry land on his head and couldn't help but smile. "Oh you're bad. You might want to go to the doctor and get that spasm taken care of." He teased. With that Ezio tilted his head so that the fry climbed lazily down his dark chocolate curls. When it was close enough he snatched it in his mouth. Holding it in his teeth just long enough to show Emma. After he had known she had seen it he quickly ate it. "Just a reminder we're not in preschool so I'm going to have to ask you little miss to eat your food instead of playing with it" Ezio said rather sternly.

Shaking my head as a response in a silly manner i shrug before looking at Dakota and linking back "I'm up for anything as long as you are. Nothing in particular catches my attention is rabbit is fine""I noticed he had been bragging about the food but shook it off used to it as many others had bragged about being great at something before. I trotted alongside him glad i actually had someone to hunt with for once
