Caroline
As Ender went to pack his things she stepped forward to Charlie a little more. "Why? I thought you wouldn't react like this. We told you I might be pregnant." She said in a pleading voice.

Charlie
"I'm sorry. But I've recently done a check and we're running a little low on supplies for the amount of people we now have. I just think it's best. I'm really sorry." She explained. "You should pack. Looks like your fiance wants to go now." She added in a sad and quiet voice.

Caroline
Without arguing back she too went to pack her few belongings before meeting Ender.

Ender:
I wait patiently for Caroline, tossing her stuff on Shadow when she got here.

Caroline
"Thanks." She mumbled quietly in a sad voice.

Ender:
"of course." I say, helping her up onto shadow.

Caroline
She got onto Shadow with the help of Ender and flashed a weak smile as thanks again without repeating herself.

Ender:
I jump on and we are gone in seconds...
A 10 hours later we are by the ocean and we see an island off in the distance, the mini radio in the pack says
"--At the dock at noon, when the sun is highest in the sky--" then the batteries died.

Christine nodded at the instructions and grab the stuff she said. Once finished she turned to Elena waiting for more instructions.

Caroline
"You want to live on an island?" She asked, looking round at the ocean.

Elena
With her own tack in her arms she led the was back to the fence and layer out the stuff on it so she didn't have to hold it all, expecting her to do the same. She called Ruby and Sandy back over.

Ender:
"No, but it seems there is someone on that island." I say, as we trot along the bridge.

Christine gingerly followed Elena and did as she did and put the stuff on the ground. "Is it hard to ride a horse?" She asked after Elena called the horses.
