"Oh, sorry. I didn't realise how he was." She said apologetically, getting to the gate, opening it and walking through. She held it for Ender and shut it behind.

"It is pretty easy. But I could teach you the basics." She beamed quietly.

"Can't help my grandmother was a greedy bastard."

"No... Luckily it wasn't passed down to the grand son." She tried to lighten the mood a little although it wasnt bad.

"Thankfully." I say with a smile. "Shall we tell Charlie?"

Christine smiled gratefully. "Okay! That sounds great. Thank you so much Elena!" She thought about hugging her but didn't. She didn't know how Elena would react to it anyways.

"She'll figure it out, probably." She told him, looking down and twisting the ring which did fit her surprisingly enough.

"It's OK." She said and turned around to look at the selection of horses. "I think Ruby would be good. Follow me and I'll show you the tack we need to ride." She said and walked to the makeshift shed.
