Paige caught the bag looking at the two on the ground with a sort of shocked and confused look, "Oh um...that's...nice, I think." she wasn't sure if this meant that she should let him go or maybe treat him a bit nicer if they were to keep him as a prisoner,
"W-would you like some tea?" Paige asked instead a bit confused by the whole thing.

Alex smiled "No thanks can I just sleep for a be here please?" he said changing back into panther and just laying on top of Max closing his eyes

Max looked at Paige and quietly mumbled "Help me..." he said trying to lift Alex from his stomach

"Um yeah sure." Paige replied to Alex before he curled up on top of Max as a panther. She couldn't help but chuckle a bit seeing the look on Max's face as this happened. She left the room putting Max's bag into the guest room before coming back out and made a cup of peppermint tea for herself.

Max had given up on getting Alex off of him and tried to reach for Paige but was careful not to make her spill the tea

Paige stepped a few feet away from Max when she saw him reach out for her. She smirked as she sat down on the floor just out of his reach taking a mocking sip of her tea.

Max let his arm fall to the ground "Oh come on Paige" he simply said his blue eyes looking directly at Paige as his stomach grumbled but tried to seem like he didn't notice it

"And why would I help you?" Paige asked tilting her head much like a dog would smirking still at the look on Max's face.

Max closed his eyes with a sigh before trying once again to reach for Paige

"Alright fine." Paige said after a minute of watching Max struggle to reach her. She set her mug down on the little coffee table by the couch and then grabbed his hand pulling him out from under Alex hoping she didn't wake him while she did this.

Alex rolled to his side when Max got pulled out from under him but staid asleep

Max as he got up he smiled "Thanks" and quickly before she could really react he sat upside down on the couch next to her
