Max "That's my line" he teased as he put his identity card that was attached on his lab coat in his desk and gave it to Paige "Now put this on I know it might be just a little to big for you but it will be fine

Paige took the lab coat and put it on, the bottom of it hit the ground and the sleeves went past her thumbs. Paige looked at Max as if to ask if she looked as ridiculous as she felt but her expression quickly changed as an arrow cut through the Window and hit Paige in the shoulder

Max cursed before saying "Still they have brains not thrusting me I wonder what the leader is going to say about this" he them grabbed Paige Princess style and jumped out of the open window grabbing an other medicine bag on the way and jumped onto a lamp post then a roof quickly gaining speed faster then he was before "Are ok having the arrow until we enter the forest where we will be a bit safer?"

Paige put a hand around the arrow to keep it from moving as much as it would with Max jumping around and all, "I don't have much of a choice do I." she winced. She could feel the blood seeping through her clothes and onto her hand.

Once in the forest Max put Paige gently down and started fixing he wound his back in the direction of the city protecting her from anyone that would want to attack them

Paige grimaced as she let go of the arrow allowing Max to fix her up, "I've been hit by arrows before, this one isn't normal." she told him as she breathed a bit heavily.

Max "Yeah there poison in it" he said getting the bandage off his hand showing that the blood had turned black "Looks a bit weird but it doesn't do much to us but you might have really bad side effects I think I have the antidote in my bag" he said quickly searching threw the bag he brought throwing a bottle on the ground letting smoke out for a couple of second and got three other bottles putting his legs beside Paige and started to mix the antidotes together "If it's getting worse hold one of my legs"

Paige nodded and bit her lip closing her eyes as Max mixed the liquids. The poison felt like it was burning inside of her but she held back screams of pain.

once done the mixture Max handed the antidote bottle to Paige "drink this"
