Paige held in a growl when she saw the robot again though quickly untended seeing the releaved look on Max's face glad he wasn't in pain anymore.

Max fixed the wounds and broken bones that were most important and more broken and headed to his office the nuses could do the rest and closed the door as he let a scream out his hands in his hair

Paige dropped into the room from the vent as everyone left. She stood awkwardly under the open vent not taking a step towards Max unsure how to console him. She was better at breaking things than fixing them.

Max looked at Paige a hand still in his hair "did you know both leaders of the group are not that bad but there parents were the worse bringing there anger for one another to the people in there group well I couldn't say that from your past leader I don't know him or her but ours got these little things" he said grabbing the robot and it made a little squeaking sound "The sound is unique to every person some the pups don't react but that's how were so efficient we want that horrid sound to stop" he sat on the floor "Worse part I'm not even sure are new leader even knows what the past leader did or was really like..." he said his hand now on his forehead with a massive headache

Paige stepped over to Max leaving the space of his desk between them, "I'll get rid of them, " she started, "The robots, when they come I'll get rid of them. I-I know how to use my axe, you've seen it." she was convinced she could help Max, or at least she wanted to.

Max "Thanks but still can't believe there forcing doctors and others to work like this..." he suddenly got up catching an arrow in front of Paige and stared at an archer that had shot the arrow "Don't you have anything better to do like I don't know protecting the city wall!" he screamed his eyes turning red for an instant, as the archer ran away he looked at his hand as blood started dripping to the floor and pulled the arrow that was stuck a bit in his hand

Paige's first instinct after seeing Max's now bloody hand was to clean the wound for him but she realized that it might be weird since he was a professional doctor and she wasn't,
"Alex may get mad at me but I think you should stay here. You're used to this place and the civilians here need you." she told him.

Max smiled as he tried to put bandages on his hand but couldn't tie it at the end so he looked at her "Could you tie it? and they just called me in because they knew I could do this quickly, there is other doctors here I'm just the top one even if it is hard to imagine"

Paige tied off the bandage making it tight, "You'd be safer here to though. If the people from my city saw you, they'd know you weren't one of them. Same if I tried to stay here." she said.
