"Just wondering when Hope and Eric will be back!" She sighed.

"You can't keep her away from all of them, she has befriended one and you would be a cruel monster of you kept her from that one friend, we have only had each over since birth and Katherine will most likely bite your face off if you are cruel, she is already looking for you." Meg said, knowing Katherine could hear all she was saying. Katherine's ears perked up and she purred quietly at what Meg said she sat on the roof of the small cottage, licking her right paw.
"Shay, you go on alone." Maya said and Shay nodded, she bounded up to the place and through the window, landing on Meg's stomach, making her wince, Shay winced to. Maya and Willow left, but not before sending a mind message to Meg saying Kath was on the roof and she was going back to the 'den'.

[I'm curious: what are Meg's and Shay's feelings towards Lieŕ and Ara?]

Lieŕan sighed. "Who has she... befriended, then?" He asked. He wasn't surprised when Shay jumped on Megan through the window. Ara had told him of Katherine on the roof outside, of Willow and Maya also outside, telling Shay to go on alone. Ara's nose was estimated to be around one thousand to one million times better than a human's, and his hearing was a lot better than Lieŕan's, too.
Lieŕan smiled warmly at Shay, and held out his hand for her to smell. Before he did though, he gave a questioning glance at her, as if to ask may I?, looking away quickly to avoid it being threatening. He looked down at Ara, who was wagging his tail, avoiding Shay's gaze. It wasn't an ashamed look, though, for Ara was pack-leader. He was simply allowing Shay into the pack if she so wished.

Ara wagged his tail, keeping his head high and his muscled legs stiff. He sniffed Shay, and gave a small whine, saying sorry. He flicked his tail at Poppy, telling her to stay back until it was okay to come.

Shay's small black nose picked up his scent, and she sat down on Meg, 'Kath!' she said jumping up and down on Meg who lightly pushed Shay off of her, Shay and Meg stuck their tongues out at each over and Katherine jumped down from the roof and walked in, she hissed at Ara, out of everyone she had met she only liked Justice, Meg, Shay, Maya and Willow, never really talking to the others. she sent Lir a Death glare but thankfully, before she could attack Shay started to annoy Kath which resulted in play fighting. Meg rolled her eyes and said, "Justice and My are ok with each over and have say, befriended each over, because of Kath, she adores Justice." Meg said laughing a little, she was nervous and not sure weather she could trust him or not.

(I'm not sure, I think Meg and Shay are a little weary because of Willow and Ara's fight)

[K. Lieŕ and Ara are weary of them too, not wanting to make them angry at them. I think they kinda wanna be friends, but at the same time avoid May and Willow. Lieŕ also probably fancies Meg, but not much. Ara simply likes Shay.]

Ara cocked his head to one side at the cat, but made no comment. He sat down next to his soul-partner, and laid his head on his paws. He missed Duke. He watched Lieŕan with his orange-stone-amber eyes as he stood up on his hind legs and walked over the play-fighting cat and Shay. Ara didn't like the way cat had looked at the partner-of-his-heart-and-soul, but he was grateful to Shay for distracting her. Ara didn't like cats, much, anyway.

Lieŕan walked over Shay and Katherine, especially careful to avoid Katherine's sharp claws and teeth, and looked in the food cupboards. He plucked out a handful of fresh cubes of salmon, and walked back to sit beside Megan. He waited patiently with the raw fish in his hand for Katherine to focus on him, and stop fighting. "I understand," he said to Megan. "Lioŕ fancies Justice. He'd probably kill me if he found out that I told you." He laughed, trying to be friendly with Megan so Katherine would trust him more. He often smiled warmly at Shay. He had to admit, for one so adorable, she was a fierce fighter. Lieŕan scratched the top of Ara's furred head.

"Justice would probably kill him first. Well, Kath would." Meg said grinning, but it left as soon as it came. Katherine looked at the fish, she quickly swished her paw, knocking the fish out of his hand and nibbled it, becoming calm. Shay laughed at Kath's reaction to the fish. Meg poked Shay on her underbelly and smiled when Shay fell over, Shay gave a look at Meg and tried to scratch her arm, which Meg had withdrawn in time.

Lieŕan frowned, and withdrew his hand. He smiled at Katherine. A smart cat. He looked down at Ara who was giving him a jealous glare, but Lieŕan continued to scratch him, and he relaxed.
Lieŕan looked over at Meg beside him, smiling. His amber eyes had an unusual spark in them. He looked away quickly, hoping she hadn't caught his gaze.

Ara knew that Light in his soul-partner's orange-stone-amber eyes. It was very few, and it had never happened when he was around the female tailless Traitor, despite how much he believed he had liked her. The way tailless' acted when they liked other tailless' was strange. Instead of giving them an interesting stick or object, or rubbing scents, they avoided each other, and argued. Ara liked Shay, and so he got up, and wagged his tail at her, stretching his forepaws in front of him, asking her to play.

I lay down watching everyone. Lieran had an unusual glint in his eyes similar to Hope's eyes when she was with Erik.

Shay gave up at trying to get Meg as she would just pull her arm away, she looked at Ara, noticing him asking to play she considered it and then what Willow would say but she knew Willow would say, have fun. she bowed, her ears perked up, Meg smiled a little, but it disappeared quickly, she refused to let anyone see her smiling.
