Eric pulled back and looked at him. "Don't cry. We need to get out of here... Or at least you..." He looked down. "Things haven't been completely honest..."

He didn't look at him and looked at the floor "I'm not leaving without you..." He murmured and flinched "we're you keeping lies from me too?" He asked

"Not that I knew of but Peter seems to think I have. Something about who I am? what A murder? I experiment gone wrong? A mess up? Besides the fact after I made that serum I knew it was going to take away my powers even if it killed me because I wanted out?!" He said his hands curling into fists looking away from max. "I don't have a family, a brother a sister. I'm desperately alone and scared and everyone looks to me to be a leader when I just am a loser, a failure... I have never been this person that they wanted me to be, I don't know what I'm missing." He said aggregated enough to hold onto the wall for support.

He sighed and went up and hugged him "your my big brother! That's all that matters! Your not a loser or a mess up, your special!" He said with a small smile.

Eric smiled a bit. "Thanks kid...." he ruffled his hair a bit and hugged him. "I need to get you out a here." he mumbled," Before peter finds out or eleven."

He smiled and nuzzled him before flinching and looked away "Eric...I don't know who I am anymore...it turns out my whole life was a lie..." He murmured.

"Your max." he said smiling. Looking down to him.

He quivered "that's only my name...but who am I? I'm not who I thought I was...my family...they are not even my real family...and eleven...he's not my uncle...now he's saying he's my dad...Eric I don't understand any of this...if my life was all a lie then why was I born? What was I born for?" His hair fell over his eyes.

Eric smiled the best he could. "I can't tell you what you are.But I know your my brother...." He looked at him. "Right?"
