Eric looked over at max, and he couldnt smile. He felt blank. He got up and slowly walked towards him and stopped a few feet away from him, the pain that hid in his hazel eyes showed how he felt. His pure mark was gone, and he didn't feel like him, he felt fake, he didnt want this.

He frowned "big brother? What's wrong?" He asked softly and stepped towards him

Eric looked down then back up. "Absolutely nothing. That's what's wrong."He said monotone, blank, absent. Eric kneeled down and hugged max, wanting something, anything to help him fill the emptiness, how he felt like he was dying.

He frowned hearing him. He flinched in surprise at the sudden hug but hugged him back gently and nuzzled him

Eric kept his head into max's shoulder. "They took it, its gone..."

He frowned "what's gone?" He asked softly

[fiver]

Eric growled low. "My mark, my powers. Its going to kill me!" he said breaking into a sob.

He flinched "don't say such things. It isn't going to kill you! Please don't say that..."

[fiver]

Eric felt tears stream down his cheeks. "No max, This is going to kill me. What my mark showed me... I die this sickness... " Eric didnt like knowing his death.

He found himself getting teary eyes "please don't say that...I won't lose you...your the only one I have! Please!"
