"Then kill me!" He hissed darky.

"And what would that solve? No." Eric stared at him. It broke his heart to see Max like this.

He glared at him "kill me!" He hissed

"NO!" Eric said. "You're my brother not my enemy! I will never hurt you!" Eric put both hands on Max's shoulders. "You're all I have left..."looks down then into his eyes.

He narrowed his eyes before flinching away from his touch "don't touch me!" He hissed. He was on the losing streak with the ss serum and only one small bit of his normal councousness remained hence why he couldn't bring himself to kill ERIC or give him the serum.

Eric frowned and sighed. "Alright, I'm sorry ok." Eric understood Max's struggle, he had the same effects when he was younger and less of a confidence. Half this was Eric's fault, he should have protected him better. His light brown eyes looked at Max with a sad expression.

He studied him "leave! Get away from here!" He hissed

Eric shook his head. "Not with out you. Come with me Max," He said

He smirked "so I can be in more trouble then I already am? No thanks!" He purred.

"Why can't you just listen to me!? I care about you! I love you! What comfort do you find here!? " He said angrily. Eric took a moment to keep his concentration.
