"I...I can walk" he stammered before standing up. He tensed seeing another K9 and saw K97 lower her body to the ground. He grit his teeth "you don't have to listen to them girl..." He murmured and glared at the other K9

Just a quick heads up...I won't be on for a while. I have to meet with a teacher)

K978

Getting his new command he snarled, his fur bristling on end as he lunged for them. His red eyes blazed as he snapped at them. K978 liked his command, he liked it be much. Lunging once more he tried to tackle the Child, trying to bite him.

K97

Whimpering as the other lunged she flees into the grass of the feild panting. her entire body filled with fear.

Eric

He brought out his gun and fired a warning shot, glaring at the beast. He aimed for the foot in attempt to scare it off, or give them a break, he fired and watched he let out a yelp.

Letting out a yelp as the shot blew a hole in his paw he sent a distress request to main base.

Samael snarled, his eyes widening. The dog would not take them down all too easily, especially with the guns they had. He sent another command to the dog, 'Pain override', before stalking quickly out of the room, pulling a gun from the shelf and beginning to jog to the K9 holding room. Using his key card to unlock the heavy metal doors, he entered, staring at the cages of half-built dogs and those which had not been programmed yet and so stood motionless, their eyes glazed over with no life. As he stormed past the cages, he headed for the final one, where snuffling and growls were passing through the door. With one swipe of his card, the door clicked open, revealing the huge beast beyond it, staring at him with bared teeth and angry yellow eyes, its chest heaving with deep, rattling breaths. Samael smirked and grabbed the controller from beside the doorway, beginning to type furiously. As he did so, he spoke out loud the commands, "Come with me to capture the rebel girl. When there, kill the others. They have betrayed us. Have no mercy." As Samael gave the orders, the creature, named K91, gave a small yip, before jogging past him, waiting a few metres for the man to catch up. Samael smiled a beastly smile before jogging out with the wolf.

Within minutes, they were running fast towards the signal of K978, using the remote controller as a tracking device. The beeping told him he was close and soon the two burst out into the clearing in front of the rebel and now ex-soldiers and the two K9s. He held up his gun at Eric, "Drop the gun now...traitor." He snarled at him.

Once again Max remained calm and almost emotionless. His eyes turned to a darker blue and started glowing slightly as violent electric sparks formed almost a barrier like thing around him, Eric, Karma and K97. He narrowed his eyes at the soldiers.

Eric

Eric aimed the gun at the voice. Samuel. He glared at the solider. he walked through Max's force field. "I'm not dropping anything!" He spit, holding the barrel in line with the butt of the gun pressed against his shoulder. "You drop your weapon and I can consider letting you walk out of here with not a scratch." Eric proposed.

K978

Snarling as the pain went away he was ready to jump at e boy again before a force field blocked his attack. He howled in anger. Turning to the one who commanded him he padded over to Samuels side, growling and bristling. his red eyes blazed like a fire.

K97

she cowered at Max's side pouting and afraid. knowing that Samuel could easily shut her down.

Samael glared at Eric, their guns now aimed straight at each other. "Look," He snarled, "You may have your force field up, but now that you're out, you're completely helpless." His eyes moved to the dogs beside him, who were being kept at bay by a slight hand movement from him. He smiled again, "Shoot if you want, but your head will be gone in a second if you do."

Karma immediately became alarmed. She turned to see who Eric was pointing the gun at. "Who is that, Eric?" Karma jumped to help Max, her dagger in hand. Karma approached the K978.

He put a hand on K97 and ruffled her fur. His eyes were becoming dull and almost lifeless. Creating the barrier was taking a toll on him. He then got an idea he slowly moved closer to Eric "pretend that I'm attacking you...I'll hold back the electric shock but you have to play your part and then run..." He whispered so only he could hear.
