Vilkas stared blearily at the bright computer screen before him, his hands hovering over the keyboard motionless. He sat on a rather tall stool that made him slump over to keep his gaze level with the computer, which ultimately gave him a rather intense back cramp. A stream of light from behind the curtains caught his eye, causing him to move his left hand from the keyboard to check his watch. He took note of the time then sighed. Yet again, he'd stayed up all night with very little progress. Wonderful.
Standing from his previously hunched-over position, he stretched. A content smile worked it's way onto his face as his back popped with a loud crack. Rubbing his eyes, he made his way toward the fridge, then opened the cold rectangle. He stared at the practically barren wasteland that dwelled within, then grumbled in annoyance. Looks like he was going out for breakfast.
After throwing on a jacket, he adjusted his beanie, then grabbed the sunglasses he kept near the door. Locking said door behind him, Vilkas started down the stairs of the shabby apartment complex, then began his trek toward whatever place sold food.
