Raven's arms were chained to the side of his cage, they were painfully latched onto his wrists. He had on a black collar with a beaming red light, that would shock him if he attempted to escape. It was also painfully tightened onto his neck, his adam's apple bobbed up and down as he gasped for air. (He's placed next to Jay.)
