Ashley slept peacefully, her ears fluffed up. She made a small mew sound once in a while. "A mew.."

Jordan sat up in the middle of the night, panting. He looked around the dark room, his expression was fearful and his eyes were filled with tears.

Ashley.
Ashley sat up in the middle of the night, rubbing her eyes. She looked around, her sapphire blue eyes seeming to glow in the dark. She peaked out the window then remembered where she was, sighing in relief.

[Coddie]

Jordan was huddled in a ball in the corner of the room, he tried to hide the fact that he had been crying.

Tessa was just walking up to her bed when she heard panting from the bedroom that Jordan and Ashley were in. She knocked lightly on the door and opened it. Walking in, she noticed Ashley looking out of the window. She looked towards the other bed and saw Jordan sitting in a corner, tears in his eyes. She ran over, her feet hitting the carpet softly.
"What's wrong?" Tessa whispered, sitting down next to him on the floor. "Are you okay?"

Jordan closed his eyes, "J-Just a nightmare..." he said quietly.

Ashley looked at Jordan, mewing softly. "Nightmares again?" She walked over to him and rubbed his back softly with an hand.

"What happened?" Tessa purred. "Can you tell me?"

Jordan shook his head, "It gets worse every night..." a tear slid down his cheek.

Ashley kissed Jordan's forehead, whispering softly. "You don't need to fear. Ya have two people protecting you. You won't get hurt again, ignore the bad, and look to the bright side, okay?"
