He suddenly realized he might be leaving Mia out. "Mia you want to make a surfboard too?"he asked. "If you don't know how to surf I can teach you!"he grinned. He spotted another good log and rolled it out. "This island has such good supplies!"he nodded.

Mia shakes her head "U-Umm I d-don't know, im n-not one f-for surfing" She says looking at him then at the log.

"I will show you!"he nodded as he grabbed her arm gently as he showed her how. "You try."he smiled as he put the knife in her hand and put his hand in hers as he scraped the bark of with her. "Always go on way."he smiled.

Mia blushed deeply as Mack put his hand on hers, she then nodded and copied what he did.

Eventually he let go of her hand. "Nice! We should be done soon!"he smiled. He started on his and glanced at Mia and Kelli on either side if him.

She used the knife awkwardly, since her parents never taught her how to use one. She tried her best, but her cuts were choppy, and sort of weird looking. She sighed in defeat of using a knife.

"Tah Dah!"he smiled when his board was finished. He rushed up to Kelli to see how her board was doing. "Nice nice but you need this..."he nodded as he started to carve the sides as he put his hand on hers. His stokes were smooth like his soft hands. "Almost done."he smiled as he looked at her for a second then looked back to what he was cutting.

She blushed a bit when Mack helped her with her board, his strokes were surprisingly smooth. "Have you done this before Mack?" she asked quietly.

"My family......"he nodded in till he remembered his family. He took a deep breath and pretended his family was fine. "We use to go to the beach and make our own boards and do every sport you could do on the beach."he nodded. "It was before the sickness spread. He sighed.
