Varias narrowed his eyes. "I never said I gave up," he said, his voice lower. "I am just wondering what the point is, since they'll get us again anyway. But I'll keep trying."

Varias shook his head. "I'm not a thinker.mister sleepy head over there is," he said, pointing at Dian. Dian was on his side on his bed, his eyes closed. It seemed like he was sleeping. "I have no idea."

" What were your powers again?" Will asked examining the cage. He tried wrapping his tail around the door of the cage.

Varias sat down on the floor. "Strenght and speed. But I don't know the limits, I never had to give everything I had."
