"I got caught." He said, breifly. "Hauled into the police station." He said. "A report was filed, and the government picked up on it, I guess."

Sky:
I glanced at him. "Caught doing what?" I dared to ask.

Hunter looked at her quietly. "The way I have to live." He said cryptically. "I'm sure you know what I mean."

Sky:
I nodded quietly and walked faster.

Hunter kept pace with her. "Please, understand that I didn't have a choice." He told her quietly. "I am much more... Tame... Now, too."

I nodded again. "I know," I said quietly.

Hunter watched her quietly. It the past years, he really hadn't paused to think about what her had been doing. It had been necessary for his survival. That's all he had though about.

I continued walking, ignoring him. Soon we reached the forest.

Hunter watched her, concerned. He silence was making him a bit nervous.
