Xander sat next to him and handed Jamie the fork. He guided his hand to grip the handle and rubbed his hand. "I hope it tastes good, too."

" I'll be the flowers that they place on your casket, i'll be the love that we knew would never last an i'll be the moon when the last sun is setting. I'll be for you. I'll be for you."

I heard the plate hit the table and sat up, making my way over " it smells good." i say, though i know i kept repeating it. i had no idea what else to say. i reached a bit to find a chair, my hand connecting with the back of one. i pulled it out and lowered myself into it, though i had to be slow. i had a habit of sitting on the arm of the chai and getting a nice pain from the wood. this time i was lucky not to do it.

" What's so good about picking up the pieces, what if i don't even want to?"

" no i totally agree. i have never had fancy food but i believe there is a reason. food tasted good as it is, why must you go throwing the word ' fancy' in front of it and making it tasted bad? why change it?" i say shrugging and taking a bite of the fish.

Jesse

"It's confusing, but some people do it. I've had stuff that looks delicious and tastes like cardboard before, and it just doesn't seem worth it. Why would you spend a lot of money to go to a restaurant that dresses up its food so much you can hardly taste it, when you could go to a cafe around the corner which is half the cost and ten times the quality?" Jesse murmured, watching the screen intently.

"I'm not telling lies!" Haruto said. "You're always absolutely adorable, I'm not lying about that. You're the silly one, why won't you just believe me!" He giggled a little before gently kissing Montgomery back. He nodded a little bit and opened the door, holding it open for Montgomery and walking out after him. He walked silently down the hallway with Montgomery in tow, thinking about things. "Montgomery, I know you don't think that there's a reason for it, but I'm nervous. What if your dad and uncle don't like me?"

"Alright alright, thank you and I know I'm the silly one!" Montgomery said, smiling and squeezing his hand. He followed Haruto out the door and kissed his forehead, walking down the stairs quickly beside him. "I understand how you can be nervous about meeting them. First of all, if my uncle put up with me and likes me, he will absolutely love me. Second, I've never really met my dad either. So it's kind of the same thing. If he likes me, he'll like you for sure too! I know you will argue with what I'm saying, but it's true. I'm not exactly the ideal son. Then there's you who's polite, sweet, kind and pretty much any parent's dream."

I blush a bit and smile " thank you." i say softly. " i'm sure it will taste as good as it smells, " i say and move the fork to the plate. i used the fork to, somewhat, cut the lasagna and staged it with the fork, though the piece was still a little big as i brought the piece to my mouth. i giggle a bit as some drops from the fork " darn. and here i thought i had that." i mutter. " it tastes great." i say as i chew the piece that i had eaten.

i nod and smile " yeah i eat microwaveable foods. and sometimes i make food based on recipes. but they all taste fine to me. when we used to go to restaurants for my brother, celebrating his graduation, birthday, winning a trophy, whatever, we'll i wouldn't eat a lot because some of the stuff just looked good. so i get what you mean."

Xander smiled and wrapped his arms around him. "I can help you if you'd like ~" God Xander, why can't you be quiet for once..?

"And sometimes you just don't want to ruin the food's perfection." Jesse murmured, nodding in agreement. "I know that feeling. Most of the time a dish like that will look better than it tastes, unfortunately. It's always a big disappointment when that happens. Anyway-" Jesse stood up, stretched, then grabbed his empty plate. "Are you done?"

"Oh..okay.." Karma gave Eagle a small nod, deciding it was alright for now. Letting out a muffled sigh of relief, he began walking to a different room. "Alright, I'll be waiting outside for you." He informed, padding out as he tugged on his shoes and gently closed the door. He stood near a pile of leaves to wait for Eagle, hands tying around a piece of red string for entertainment. He changed his footing, leaning against the cabin's wall lightly as he tapped his foot on the ground listening to his surroundings.

Eagle smiled a little bit at his boyfriend and now lover, purring a little at how that sounded though it still seemed to embarass him slightly. He was still shy round the other even so, but he truly did love his Karma. Wait, did he just say his? More like, he was Karma's. He smiled to himself at how That sounded, Karma's Eagle...Then got up and dressed fully and headed outside.

Nick quietly walked in, holding back a laugh. He quietly shut the door and began to look around for a marker.

Alexander shifted slightly in his sleepy state, yawning in a way that was a little bit like a little kitten or a puppy.

Nick smiled as he found a marker. He smiled softly at Alex before he started doodling on his face.

"But it isn't true!" Haruto said. "Different people think different things, and if your father is anything like you I'm sure he'll favour someone who can speak up and who can protect people. That isn't who I am in the slightest. Sure he might be okay with me, but when all is said and done there's no guarantee that he will like me. And that's what makes me nervous, the lack of knowledge I have toward the situation and of what comes after." He sighed softly and shook his head, starting to walk down the stairs. "But I guess it doesn't matter because all I can do is wait and see."
