She smiled, cocking her head slightly. Then lifted a hand, water doing from the small pool of water and swirled around Nixie. The grey turned to silver, the green seaweed decorations turned to emerald jewels and pretty purrs. The bottom of the gown flared out turning it into a mermaid dress.
