Nathen decided he could trust her enough... He took off the trench coat and his t-shirt.

They were getting close to the city. Megan walked happily.

Kylie's jaw dropped. "She looked at the other Angel quickly and began to talk. She smiled. "They're going to go get a healer. You lied to me. Why?" She asked.
Ben looked around the city.

"I've learned the hard way not to trust people," Nathen said grimly. It was true. His past was nothing but dark and horrid.

Megan walked with Ben and looked around to see if anyone was there.

Kylie nodded. "I understand." She said. She winced slightly. Her back was starting to hurt worse.
Ben couldn't see anyone.

Nathen didn't say anything. He thought about all the horrid things that had happened...

When the healer came out, they began to help Nathan. Kylie just sat there. The blood had soaked through her shirt.
Ben was pretty alert. "This is quiet a little to quiet." He said.

"Yeah..." Megan said as she looked around the city. "It just doesn't make sense. If everyone had died, the city would be destroyed. Wouldn't there at least be dead people? And why would people abandon it?"

Nathen didn't look at the wound. He knew it would bring back to many memories.

Ben kept looking around. "Let's go." He said.

"Ok," Megan said.

Ben started walking out of the city.
